Lying bas !![]()
but did the debate make you slightly lean one way or the other
Actually, I started the thread as a joke because I am a pretty ardent Obama supporter in this forum.
Trying to be as objective as possible (it's not possible, but I'll try), I thought the debate was basically a draw. McCain scored points in talking about Russia, talking to Ahmadinejad, and earmarks. Obama scored points talking about the Iraq War, taxes, and Afghanistan.
I don't know that this debate will change anyone's mind or sway an undecided voter's opinion. That's good though. It means more people will pay attention to the next debate and more people will be informed about the choices in this election.
Anybody get wasted playing the drinking game? I'm gonna do it next time for sure.
I don't always read the political forums, so I didn't catch who you were supporting.
I agree that people are paying close attention to this election and that's a good thing no matter what the outcome is.
the american people lose.
So you're just going to post bull on a message board now.
No revolution.
Obama lost my vote tonight.....the bailout does NOT need to happen. we now know who runs this country...............BANKS.
McCain mumbled that he supported the bailout.
Yes, because the positions of both candidates on this issue were clear enough to sway opinion.![]()
yeah, he doesn't get my vote either.
So now what?
exactly.
I'm asking you.
Now what?
He'll probably write in Ron Pauly.
