I go by name and last known address, if the street rings a bell it may be you so click the box on the left and then click "view detail" below the list and it will give more info like where the cash is coming from(old job maybe) and how much.
That was money he turned down to sign your birth certificate.
It's just another trick they use to get you to enter information about yourself.
My friend who showed me this site found cash for her bf that was for his mom who had pass away. They got the money for him after doing the correct paper work. So I know the sites good.
He is not saying the site is no good he is just saying the GOV uses it to help locate undo ented citizens and if you have any out standing warrants you will get your cash but will also get a visit from your local police force.
