Maybe Jerry Rice and Rod Smith. Everyone else YES. Recievers are babies.
It's because we play soft coverage and don't press. WHY? I don't know and the entire fanbase would like to know. We have physical ballhawking people in the secondary and we are playing off the line of scrimmage. WHY? What is the point on doing that? How is that helping the dline as well? You are asking them to dink and dunk you to death. They need to become more aggressive on defense, period. That was what Wade Phillips defenses was all about and yet we haven't seen it.
The offense wasn't helping the defense either. We kept passing the ball for some very in odd reason. Kept throwing incomplete passes stopping the clock and going 3 and out and not giving our defense any time to catch a breather. No wonder Portis ran wild in the 4th and we couldn't get off the field. That defense was tired. I kept yelling at the tv, RUN THE DAMN BALL. RUN TO THE OUTSIDE and TO THE RIGHT. The Redskins have NO answer for that. Notice Barber's longest run was to the right. Just a bad bad gameplan altogether.
I do agree with you about BSPN. They've been waiting for this for 2 years from TO. That's why I don't watch BSPN.
has harrison ever talked to cast blame?
agreed on everyone else.
Has Harrison talked? If so, I know I missed it.
TO Rips Shesean and BSPN

TO is probably worried that the Cowboys are going to feature the run more the next few weeks and he is speaking up now before it happens.
But i don't think the Cowboys need to worry. They still have a great team. They weren't sharp on Sunday and the Redskins were. Clinton Portis played like his life depended on every carry. Santana Moss and Jason Campbell looked like Marvin Harrison and Peyton Manning, the way they hooked up.
If the Redskins play like that every week, they will be championship contenders. Not sure if this team is ready, but it sure makes the rest of the season very interesting.
And kudos to Jim Zorn. He called a great game.
He lets his gun do the talking.
And, in typical TO fashion, he played right into their hands.
T.O. goes after ESPN
Terrell Owens said during his weekly session with the media that the stink raised over his comments after Sunday's game were much ado about nothing and basically a creation of ESPN.
"I know that crew over at ESPN, they should definitely be up for an Oscar nominee at the end of the year," Owens said told reporters in Irving. "They're definitely making their stake at a claim to divide this team and it's not going to happen...I understand the political campaign is going on. ESPN really hasn't had the ratings that they've had for a while. I'm pretty sure that's why they made a big deal out of what I said."
Owens also said he's confident the Cowboys will bounce back this weekend against the Bengals after losing 26-24 to the Redskins to drop to 3-1.
"You know, guys, we didn't lose the Super Bowl," Owens said. "Obviously, it was a division game. I feel very confident we'll get back on the right track this weekend."
I don't like TO but he is right. ESPN just makes a stink about everything anymore. You also have guys on that network like Skip Bayless that are all playing little characters. So part of his deal is to hate on TO and Lebron James nomatter what they do. They could both raise the dead and Skip Bayless would be calling TO "Team Obliterator and Lebron "Prince James"
ESPN can be very annoying
LOL, true
I don't think i have ever seen him even do an interview after a game. He supposedly barely communicates with his team-mates as well.
Isn't Skip just a little because he got fired from The DMN? And Sheshawn just a because TO retired his overrated self. Give me the damn ball![]()
He has complained about not getting the ball enough. Not alot but one year they made a big deal out of it. Obviously he doesn't talk to the media.
proof or it didn't happen.
Out of all the star receivers in the league, he'd be the last one to complain.
ESPN's heyday was in the 90's and they are nothing but sports drama now. They try to be a part of the news instead of reporting it.
That sorry excuse for an NFL broadcast they run out on Mondays is proof.
Jerry Rice's wife called into a postgame show to about Jeff Garcia not getting her husband the ball back around 1999 or so. Rice rarely let his guard down when front of the media, but he let his teammates and coaches have every once in a while.
What star player does not want the ball, what do you want him to say I don't want the ball give it somebody else
Ducks just hates The Cowboys so he is just reaching for anything.![]()
I believe Jerry Rice was doing a "give me the damn ball" his last year in Seattle.
I am a key witness thats proof. Seriously I am 100% sure him and Peyton got into it because Harrison said he was not getting the ball. Believe it or not.
