this is ing awesome
do you hear the alarm going off =D. sorry had to do it man.
ing Cubs fans are crying in the stadium. It's like watching all those games the Spurs have played in Phoenix over the years.
Manny adding insult to injury with that rbi. Sucks for Cubs fans. The curse will
go over 100 years with 1 more loss. I felt that pain watching the Yankees kick
Bostons ass all over Fenway and Yankee Stadium in the playoffs. It sucked. Then in 2004 the Sox made history and cursed the Yankees back!![]()
The Dodgers are just a surging determined team with a kick ass Manager in Torre and a kickass in Manny. Torre kept that team in the hunt but the Manny trade helped raise the swagger and level of play of that ball club. Glad to see Manny playing well.
Red Sox fans may hate him for how he left etc etc and I dont blame them for it. I hated that it had to come to that, but the son of a is still my all time favorite Red Sox player. I love my Red Sox more but I will root for any team Manny is on when they arent playing Boston.
I hope Manny resigns in LA.
I want a 99 jersey![]()
Me being a Cardinal fan, this is as sweet as watching that![]()
10-1
Way to show up Cubbies
Absolutely pathetic.
What if Manny went to the Yanks?
Manny can't pitch.
Damn 10-1. TPark, you must be a happy mother er tonight.
You have NO Idea![]()
No one gave us a shot. ing haters.![]()
Ya know honestly as someone whos watched the Cubs all year, you could see it coming and please don't laugh.
They aren't a fundemntally sound defensive team. Their pitching outside of Zambrano and Dempster's career year, it was mediocre.
Their hitting was always good, but it could be prone to droughts and they didn't exactly "step up" against the Diamondbacks last year as well.
Not all that together surprising, but I am a little suprised that its 10-1.
I didn't expect the meltdown to be this quick or drastic.
I was thinking they would wait till game 3![]()
My at ude honestly was
"They really CAN'T do it again, can they?"
Trust me though, I'm wearin Dodger Blue right now![]()
its about whos playing the best baseball down the stretch. Dodgers were playing the best in september along with the phillies. it aint over yet but thats gonna be a scary series for the dodgers
I see alot of the 2006 Cardinals in the Dodgers.
Getting healthy at the right time, all different players stepping up, and the MVP of the team being huge.
Seriously, why is Saito pitching?
Even in a close game hes not the most shut down of closers.
This is not a great situation to bring a closer into to.
Sorry I would've brought Broxton in, or a better long reliever honestly.
We've always had the pitching. Just cause you don't hear those big names the Cubs have, doesn't make us any worse than them. Bills > Any of them not names Harden. And does anyone feel bad for Sabathia? I am happy they lost today. No need for that guy to ruin his well deserved pay day.
10-3 now with 0 outs and a runner in scoring position.
I keep thinking tony is gonna start talking about El Cajon Ford.
its over
The pitching I would say is equal to the Cubs.
Whos going in game 3, Kershaw?
Yeah Torre has got to cut this off, and bringing in Broxton hopefully works.
This has all the signs of one of those October epic comebacks.
If that happens, I will throw up. I will root for Manny and Manny only. I will root for the rest of the Yanks to up. However, if the Yanks were a Manny hit away from winning the world series or being eliminated, id have to root against him. I hate the Yanks that ing much. I hate them more than any professional sports team. I'd root for Manny to have a solid regular season but i would go against the guy in the playoffs due to the team he is on. I see manny staying in LA and never even pictured the possibility of him going anywhere near New York.
Now if Manny was on any other team but the Yankees and they arent playing the Red Sox, I will support him 100%.
