    i dont have any gaming system so im wondering if i can join all the game console players if i get the PC version? thanks for answering! (how much is a ps3 now anyways? i dont feel like s ing out 500 dollars just to play one game)

    they have 2k9 for the pc? wow finally! if not... oh well.

    i doubt you can play online with xbox360 or ps3 players though because they use their own services(xboxLive & psOnline).

    There is no online play for the pc version. Big reason why it costs 30 bucks.

    One of the best things in this year's 2K is that they now have tutorials in their practice mode as well as a far more detailed user manual.

    Little things like that are a nice incentive.


    oh, and Roger Mason Jr is coming along nicely!

    damn you!!! ah only 4 more hrs. i in' hate garnett and i gotta sit here and stare at that er pounding his chest on the front cover. damn pos!

    ps: wish i had a modded 360. i could've been playing this game for the past week if i had a chip in my 360. i just found an iso for 2k9 on a torrent site. damnit!

    Turn your xbox on first then open the tray and insert the disk. Do not start your xbox with the disk already in the tray. I'm not saying thats the problem but its been attributed to quite a few disk errors.

    in 2k8 (360) I always had to turn up fouls (both charging and shooting) as well as the gamespeed for the optimal gameplay. Is this necessary in 2k9?

    Fouls are called a lot more, I love it. The speed is slower than 2k8. I like it, you might not.

    i always turned gameplay and whatever else up to 60 instead of 50. just made the game more at a normal pace then a slow in' dead pace like it was on 50. uh i guess i'll have to do the same in 2k9.

    anyone want to buy my 2k5(xbox original), 2k6, 2k7, or my 2k8 for the 360?

    Does anyone else play with replays off? I always hated it in 2k7 and 2k8 when it would cut to replays, ruins the flow of the game.
