If he gets that case thrown out of court, it will hit the media, and it will hurt him, whether he's got the birth certificate or not...IMO. I don't think all of my predictions will come true on Nov 5th...but some of them definitely will, and any one of them coming true spells bad news for Obama.

The one I am least certain about is a McCain landslide.

Yeah it was a brilliant move by the Obama team to not just provide his birth certificate...


It's only a lawsuit being filed in multiple states now and the original case is now being appealed to the Supreme Court...

And it's starting to make the Network news.



Even if Obama produces it now...he's provided plenty of room for people to doubt even a legitimate BC doing it this late....if he produces it after his trip to Hawaii his detractors are going to pounce on that.
