"McCain is afraid of Barry Obama"

Yep, little, old, frail, sick, confused McLiar is afraid of the big, black, virile, vital HUSSEIN.

Biology is destiny and McSame's biology is kaput.

He's been a chicken , cheating loser his entire life, losing planes, losing his principles, losing elections, losing The American People. Failing upward and bullying his way with his help and rep of his father and grandfather, on the $Ms inherited (not earned) of his wife.

McMeFirst told his audience the day before that in the debate the gloves were coming off. Big Talk from a little old fart preaching to his choir.

Did McSpoiled show any glovelessness in the debate? Nope, nothing, zilch, all talk, no walk, and viewers overwhelmingly gave the match, in the town hall format McTownFool wanted, to HUSSEIN, just like they gave the foreign policy debate, the are where McWrong is supposed to be so right, to HUSSEIN.

If HUSSEIN had wasted his time on many town hall debates, McLoser would have been in a deep, dark hole last summer. HUSSEIN would be up 6-0 at this point.

Obama is the one daring McCain to say it to his face. I don't know if you guys have seen Obama's answers when confronted with this, but they aren't inspiring.

And ya'll are the ones saying McCain is afraid to confront Obama on this.

Now tell me, what could he possibly have to fear from Obama?

    Nothing.

It sounds to me like he's in Obama's head. Which is exactly where he wants to be. He who can make you angry controls you.

Obama fully expected to be confronted with the Ayers stuff last night and it's ing with his head that he wasn't.

    Why wasn't he?

    Good question....he's holding it back?

Town Hall wasn't a good format for it?

Wants to be seen as positive?

Right questions to bring it up weren't asked?

Dunno...all I know is it's under Obama's skin in a major way if Obama's daring McCain to say it to his face .

McCain is not afraid of Obama...not verbally, not physicially, not in anyway. What a horrible misjudgement on the part of ya'll....

Old people in general are fearless...ya'll think about your grandparents for a second and see if you disagree. It's young people that are afraid.

People fear what they don't know and are uncertain about...and there's a lot more that young people don't know about than there is that old people don't know about.

IME, old people kinda just don't give a .

Neither do pilots who get back into planes after they've already been in 3 crashes, and then bust their ass to recover from broken bones suffered as a POW(and a crash)...to do it after 4 of them.

McCain is absolutely ing fearless in every sense of the word. I can't believe you guys think this man is afraid of anything, outside of maybe losing his temper.
There is no strong basis for bringing up Ayers in any debate. It would just make McCain look desperate and backfire if he brought it up.

If your smart enough you can figure that there is nothing to the Ayers stuff.

It is unbelievable what partisanship can do to a person's sensibilities.

The right is convinced Obama keeps a Koran under his pillow while texting bin Laden; the Left has convinced themselves that McCain is a feeble minded puss - and I actually believe your brains are wired that way, now.

EACH believe that their guy can actually make a difference.

The truth: Obama is a very intelligent, accomplished, educated and driven man who set his sights on the White House 20 years ago; and stands at the threshold of attaining that goal now. He, IMO is beholden to no one, and is his own man. If you pay attention to who he has on his campaign staff, he surrounds himself with VERY intelligent people who give him good advice. He has the capacity to mold that information and advice into policy positions that, although certainly left of center, are not far, if at all, outside of the mainstream of American political thought. He did, after all, spend time surrounded by Chicago-economics school types who instilled in him at the very least a respect for the growth and wealth potential that capitilism can provide. He is an inspirational speaker, and is an attractive black man; both of which account for some, but not all, of his amazing ascendency to this point. Hopefully he is a student of history, and not just of politics, and he will examine the vast quan y of knowledge that has been amassed through the trials and tribulations of this country and the world to help guide our ship through this financial storm; I have now reason to believe he isn't, and he won't. He statement last month that he might not raise taxes right away, during this crisis, is evidence that he is, in fact, a thinking man's liberal.

John McCain is an honest to god American Hero. We don't need to parse that at all. A man's man, a true John Wayne. He should have been president in 2000; but got slimed by one of the worst of all attacks in political history in South Carolina, IMO. He really has crossed aisle more than any other politician in recent memory to get passed bills tht he felt needed to be passed. He was cross-wise with the administration more than any other political figure. For Christ's sake; Rush Limbaugh HATE'S him and Anne Coulter promised to vote for Hillary over him! He is no coward, but his campaign is in desperate straights. He WAS making a race out of this, until the recent economic turmoil. Fact of the matter is when this kind of thing happens, the party holding the presidency gets the blame, for right or wrong. This has little to do with what EITHER campaign has done; it is just cir stance. Anyone that believes otherwise is deluding themselves. As for sending Palin out to do the attacking? SOP in a campaign; and, of course, 4 weeks out, one of these campaigns is going to be more desperate than the other!

Bottom line, these are probably the two most impressive individuals I have had to vote on for president, as flawed as they are, in 20 years. That, and the forum has become ridiculous as each side slams a charicature of the other's candidate. Barrack is neither a Muslim, nor a terrorrist, McCain is not a senile old right wing ideologue; on the overall political landscape (Communist ------- Anarchist) one is slightly left of center, the other slightly right. Either will be a step up from where we are right now; but with either, because the govt. has been so stupid and out of control for SO long (I date the beginning of the end to LBJ) - that either one that wins is probably ed.

btw; passed kidney stone yesterday (my first)

You're right on one point, ideologues have ideas, while McMeFirst has only his empty ambition, devoid of ideas.

    Good post.

    Ironically, I probably lean further right that just about anyone here;

A couple of years ago read a paper on how partisanship clouds views and makes rational people irrational. I have been trying to recognize when it happens in myself; it makes it a lot easier to go through life not fearing that the anti-christ is going to get elected! There are people all over the place ready to jump out of windows if THEIR guy doesn't win. Ridiculous.

German ex-foreign minister and most popular politician of that era has been de facto terrorist in his younger years (photos exist of him beating out of policeman during protests, his car has been used for smuggling murder weapons from USA military base), yet some can't stand a presidential candidate that associated with ex-terrorist (more of an on-paper kind) in his distinguished professor era. Personal growth, learning from own mistakes and all that ?

Those things are nasty. My dad had to have laser surgery many times to get the stones broken up so they would pass. But his job had a lot to do with him having that problem.

I'm talking about the notion by Yoni&co. that for some reason cordon sanitaire should be established around Ayers and that anybody associating with him is extremist by default.
