I just want some place I can go locally to get a few of transfers I can print on from my computer then Iron them on to a tshirt.

If you just want to print them yourself, I've bought some at Target before a while back ... wherever they sell all different kinds of photo paper, etc.

Inkjet transfers are certainly doable, however with an Iron you will probably be pulling your hair out by the time its finished. It's a real pain in the @ss
