Dude, you're WAY ing late. Catch up or go find someone else to talk to.
Stats aside, this is the worst game I've ever seen Romo play, and that includes Buffalo last year. He should have thrown at least one pick and had 5 fumbles. Yeah, Adams just got destroyed, but Romo didn't move well at ALL.

That's the first time I've seen that bull rule used since the Pats/Raiders game. Surely it's not the first time it's happened, right?
I have won every week so far. This will be my first loss...and boy did I lose!![]()
Romo was 24/39 for 321 yards, 3 TDs, and 0 INTs, and presumably his rating was well over 100.
And I hope he plays like this every week.

I couldn't have asked for a better game for romo. 25 fantasy points and the cowboys still lose! GREAT!
I thought Romo played well considering how poor the offensive line was today. If our line continues to get dominated like that, we'll be lucky to finish .500
Yeah, those are Kevin Garnett numbers for sure.
What happened to that offensive line? You never know whats going to happen, but maybe taking these losses now will light the fire for later. I'm not counting on it, but you never know.
LOL at the screen pass routes that they had to implement every play.
They weren't even blitzing the linebackers, the DB were making it through everytime.
Norm put up some digits....Romo knocked down 19 times out of 64 game snaps. So he was down for 1 / 3 of the game and was prolly running from someone for half of it.
norm: THE OFFENSIVE LINE WAS ASLEEP FROM 3PM - 7PM ON SUNDAY. THEY WERE TAKING A SIESTA.
they may have been kg numbers but romo has only started for the 2nd year, not 7 or 8 yrs let me know if he's danny white in about 2 more yrs.
d/st blow, they sucked last year and they suck this yr followed by play calling.
Cowboys have reached a crisis point in their season. Sure they are 4-2 but they have issues and big ones at that.
1.)Defense: They arent consistent. They show flashes of making plays but they cant do it when it truly matters...the 4th quarter. The Cowboys wont go anywhere unless that D becomes a playmaking clutch 4th quarter D. It wont matter what the O does. DEFENSE wins championships. They miss too many tackles and they arent physical enough. The conservative playcalling has to stop as well. They need to be a physical team that knows all the fundamentals (tackling etc etc). They have the talent but that doesnt mean if it cant be executed on the field.
2.)Offense: The O line deserves majority of the blame but Romo is guilty too. The O line allowed Romo to get knocked down 19 times! If that keeps up, Romo is going to get injured. As for Romo, he needs to stop holding onto the ball for so damn long. It's like Drew Bledsoe came out of retirement yesterday. Romo also needs to chew out his O line and step up as a leader.
Like Stretch said a few weeks ago, the Cowboys O relies on the big play too much. If the big play gets taken away, the boys O struggles and that is becoming more and more evident. The boys inability to slowly drive down the field keeps getting exposed. They have to sustain long drives but also take what the defense gives them. Short passes and patience can really help this team. They also MUST get Owens involved early and often.
3.) Special Teams: Piss poor coverage as of late and that needs to be addresses asap.
4.) Coaching: Wade Phillips isnt helping matters either. His laid back approach is now showing in the players. Last week in their win vs the Bengals, he acted like the win was all that was needed and showed no urgency that the flaws needed to be addressed. Jimmy Johnson wouldnt have put up with what has been going on over the past few weeks. A coach who cant fire up his players and isnt a disciplined hardass is really hurting the team. The players need to rally around themselves at this point. Romo,Owens,Ware etc etc have to step up and lead this team.
Overall: The Cowboys have the talent to win it all. Thing is you can say that about several teams in the league. Talent alone wont cut it. The passion, the heart, the hunger, the desire must be there. It has to be executed on the field. If the boys D cant be clutch when it matters, forget about the superbowl already. It is a lock that they will fail if they cant become that type of D. However to say they are done, is immature. Remember last years Giants? NO ONE expected them to win it all at the beginning of the playoffs or during the season.
What ever happened to lining up under center in the I formation and just handing the ball off? Seems like if they want to run that they are running a draw out of a shotgun, or with some variation of the tight end in motion. They try way too hard to be cute or to catch the defense; at some point you have to be able to impose your will, and the Cowboys only do that when they are behind at the end of the game. Granted, they do a really nice job of moving down the field and scoring ten points in 3 minutes or whatever, but they shouldn't have put themselves in that position in the first place.
There are reports up here that Flozell hurt his shoulder early in the game and that's why he was getting beat so bad. I'm not sure why you don't at least move him to the other side. One would think there's somebody on the roster that can fill in at his position.
All I have to say is that its KARMA to all those Cowboys (Not all of you cause some of you are respectable and nice) fans that have been giving me about my Texans, you know who you are!! Yes the Boys have a better record and blah blah blah. Ok enough about that. The Oline looked like crap, the Def didnt look that hot either and Romo........well Romo is a . If you guys want to make it to a sb and possibly win it, your going to need someone else. Ive said it before and ill say it again Romo isnt the answer especially when he has TO on the brain. That s his game up! The TO cancer is starting to spread and its only a matter of time before he asks for a trade.
romo played a good game over 300 yrds and 0 ints if thats looking like a ill take it. the d looks like a .
that to talk is lame and old. stop reaching
He had about 150 of those yards on two long touchdown passes that were all run-after-catch. He had 3 fumbles and another one that should probably have been a fumble that was recovered for a touchdown. Romo did a good job of coming back, but again, why wait until you're down ten points with four minutes to go to start moving the ball?
why wait? i dont know, ask the coaches about that. the way the o-line played not even troy aikman or montana could have made a difference.
coaching: no felix jones, no straight up power football.
defense: sucks. period. carries over from last year
special teams: bring back coach a
leader: no leader, i will say romo is a softy on that one. some one had to get in the face of the o-line.
i love the boys but i never expected them to go to the sb this year.
so what if they came on long passes, some body decent has to throw the ball. point is he played a decent game to win the game from qb pov.
News flash: He didn't win the game. He had three fumbles. He mismanaged the clock at the end of the second quarter and missed a long field goal with a time out remaining. I'd have been right there with you if they'd won another close game. As it stands they've lost two out of three and would have lost four out of five if not for timely fumbles by Philly and Cincy.
He choked in OT, did you see the passes he threw? Romo is e, bottom line.
Where are all the other cowboys posters? This place is usually crawling with them.
