wow. 28?!?! way too young. way too young. may he rest in peace.
I know many of you don't know who this guy was, some of you do remember him. I thought I would share this information with you.
PM me if you want funeral arrangements info.
Some of us knew him as TheFlo, TheFlo2, The Lad....the list goes on....but we all knew him as Christopher James.
Unfortunately I have to announce that yesterday, Chris suc bed to his cancer. He was 28 years young, and had a wonderful life ahead of him that was tragically cut short. I understand that not ALOT of people knew him, and for that I can say that you honestly missed out on a crazy, friendly, warm person with a big heart. I pray that he is finally in peace up there, heaven is blessed with his presence. I hope his little girl knows what a sweet person her daddy was
RIP CJ, we love you....and will truly miss you <3

Lady Spur-
I am so sorry to hear that and for your loss.
I will say a prayer for of Chris' family and friends, especially you.
I remember him ... he was really sweet. Wow ... I don't even know what to say. That is so, so sad.![]()
Thanks AL. 28 is too young.
RIP CJ.![]()
Wow. I remember him too. Sad to hear. 28 years is too short of a trip here. My thoughts are with him and his family.
Wow... that sucks. I remember him from the SR board, though I never met him. Cancer at 28 is tragic.
Was it leukemia? Most other cancers are incredibly rare before 50 because of the need for I can't remember if it was 5 or 6 very unlikely mutations to create cancer cells.
That is truly sad news.
BB....I don't know what kind of cancer it was. I'm going to miss him.
Wow. That's horrible. The SR family will be in my thoughts and my prayers.
That's so tragic. Cancer at any age is horrible.
And please let's not turn this into a theological debate like we always do..there's a Manu thread in the Political forum for that.
Sorry to hear that, this month has been crazy on me in the span of 5 weeks My neighbor up the street pass away he was 40 something and then a week and a half ago a fellow co worker had a heart attack at work and pass away he was 37 and then just last week a old school friend who I have not seen in years pass away in a motorcycle accident he was 27. This month has been playing on my mind.
So sorry. I never met The Flo but I certainly remember him.
Sorry to hear about those losses. Sept.Oct...not good months for me.
Wow, that's so tragic. I remember he came to a few GTGs back in the day. And then I remember when he announced he was having a baby.
Condolences to his friends and family.
hollllly cow.
That is beyond sad. I was wondering why I didn't hear anything from him about playing fantasy football this year.
I know life isn't fair........but that's just not friggin fair.
RIP

This is sad indeed...my condolences to his family.
I am pretty sure I met him.
Could anybody please post a picture of him?
You met him at that huge GTG at Chammps Americana on I-10.
He was also at a GTG at Tiffany's Billiards on San Pedro, but I don't think you were at that one.
he had throat cancer.
I can't believe he passed away just like that, i thought cancer was the progressive type of disease where u slowly lose ur defenses and get hospitalized and then the inevitable happens. you can't just drop dead from cancer can ya ?
28 years old is too young to die.
R.I.P.
It's one of those things where you feared for the worst, but certainly HOPED for the best...only to be TERRIBLY disappointed. Just a sad, SAD day.
RIP CJ
R.I.P.
I remember him from the Spurs vs. Lakers Game 4 GTG in 2003. Cool dude
He was also one of the original contributors to FSP in the form of wallpapers.
damn that sucks.
may he rest in peace
Sorry to hear of this loss at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers go out to his little girl, family and friends. So sad.
