Maybe just maybe he was treated like a guy who never was in trouble before. It took 13 arrest for The Pacman to get thrown out of the league.
or because the league could at least make a case for it being an isolated incident.
pacman has 4 or 5 previous arrests to his name, including at least 3 other incidents where he had some level of involvement.
there are numerous examples of black players not being suspended for a first offense incident.
remember that whenever the league announces that a player is suspended for a violation of the substance abuse policy - it's that player's second offense.

I don't think he's been officially convicted yet. When that happens, you can expect a suspension.
Thats the other thing. They dropped the charges on a guy who was caught in the act. Without explanation.

Who said anything about Pacman? He deserved to get suspended and everyone has said so. But let's just ignore the giant black elephant in the room when Matt Jones gets to walk with the legal system rolling out the red carpet. Him not going to trial for "caught red handed" felony cocaine possession is just criminal.
