LOL, you complain a lot about work, what do you do?
    Insurance underwriting.

Its a very good job...I like it here and I am very fortunate to be where I am...but my heart never races with excitement during the day. Know what I mean?

LOL well I have thought about this before when i first heard about affliction. I think what happened with them is that the sales just werent going anymore. Tapout and Warrior started picking up more fighters and their clothing and were WAYYY cheaper than Affliction. There was prob something that we dont know about with UFC and affliction that we dont know about. Affliction prob wanted the other clothing banned and UFC prob said no, so affliction went off to do thier own thing. It was prob a FU to UFC and a way to advertise primarily. Thing is Affliction clothing is pretty much out of style now.

Know what you mean, i'm in Banking right now but am sick of it, especially with the economy in the toilet. I'm going back to school by summer at the latest to be a Phys Ed Teacher.

    Thanks for the fedback.

This is how I pass the time at work and stay sane.
Same here, while at work I have to somehow communicate with the outside world since my coworkers annoy me.

No doubt...thats why I don't understand why they didn't re-invent their style before they did this.

I intentionally don't get too close to people I work with. I have done it before and seen it enough time to realize its not a good idea. The best working relationships have a personal line you do not cross. It doesn't work to have a deep hearted conversation in the morning about a family member and then have to get onto them about not doing ________ that affects your job.

Doesn't matter too much, ideally Junior High or even Elementary level. I am a certified Tennis instructor and taught at health clubs for years, also coached some basketball. Being a teacher and coach will bring me far more joy day to day than the nonsense i deal with now. Plus i just turned 28, no wife and kids, so if i'm going to make a major change, now is a good time to do it.

Thing is im not a morning person but yet I get here at 7 am so that means im up at 5:30 so im pretty much in a bad mood till like 10 hahah. Talking in person than over the internet are 2 different things. Plus yeah id rather talk about sports or something, not to small talk that they bring up. Thats why my ipod never leaves my side (or sirius radio).

Some ASSHOLE started a thread that was promoting some business that was for sale. Leonard popped in to tell him to "DIE" I said "get lost A-Hole", I think Evan deleted the thread. Funny stuff.

Ahh is that what it was

It's good we got you and Dallas as Mods so we can bounce that stuff out of here quickly. If this was just another forum with one mod overseeing everything may take days for that crap to get deleted.

Although i would like to see A-Train get his crack at all trolls. Like we can't delete it until he takes his shot at them and tells them to go F*** themselves, lol

I run a pretty big forum as a part time gig and the problem is the longer you let bot spam linger the longer the program is collecting information on the forum and the more it gets spammed. Its weird how it works.

Trust me…the people who create those programs are not reading the replies on the threads.

Oh…well if a real troll comes around I would never delete it. IMO that’s stepping on Kori's toes and for her to deal with.

You can delete it if the thread is something like "This place sucks ass" Didn't she say just make it a soft delete or something so she can see what it was??

Yeah, like we can put a disclaimer on the forum banner that says

"Welcome to MMA Fight Club, if you are a troll about to start a thread to cause trouble, poster A-Train will be along shortly to Slap You"

I think that would make people more aggressive. Trolls are like 6 year old children…when they start crying you just have to let them cry it out to really shut up.

Before packing up and returning to the U.S. after Saturday's "UFC 89: Bispng vs. Leben," the UFC held an open casting call for "The Ultimate Fighter 9: U.S. vs. U.K." in London.

Just two days after Brit and "The Ulitmate Fighter 3" winner Michael Bisping was victorious in front of his countrymen, MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has learned over 200 hopeful fighters showed up to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre for their chance at a UFC contract.

In contrast, when the UFC held open tryouts for the third season of "The Ultimate Fighters" in 2006, less than 30 fighters showed up for the session.

One of the more notable participants in the afternoon's session was "The Ultimate Fighter 3" cast member Ross Pointon. The Cage Rage veteran appeared twice in the UFC following his stint on the show, losing both contests.

Vying for an unprecedented second stint on the program, Pointon showed up with a haircut that sported the letters "UFC" etched into the back of his head.

Filming for "The Ultimate Fighter 9: U.S. vs. U.K" will begin in Las Vegas in January, and the new season will air on e TV beginning in April. The season will feature 16 American and 16 British fighters competing for a UFC contract in the 185 pound and 170 pound divisions.
