Why not just call her a Gorilla? You stay classy, DarrinS.WTF is he doing with the Yeti?
This will not affect my vote one way or the other, but I've wondered about it.
He's a good-looking guy with a degree from Harvard. WTF is he doing with the Yeti? You just know that when the Obama's do a magazine cover, the airbrush artists have to spend all day touching up Mic e.
I wonder if Mic e will have any influence on an Obama presidency? Do you think she might be the reason he didn't pick Shillary for VP?

Mic e always looks absolutely mahvelous!!!!!
Do you recommend he pulls a McCain and changes models?
You also have to remember he might be getting bj's from interns in the oval office in the not too distant future.

Well, at least we know he's not shallow.
She is not ugly but coming from a virgin I wouldn't expect you to see it.

Maybe he married her because he loves her and wanted to have a family with her.
Or maybe he's a closet gay and she's his beard!

SHe must have an awesome personality.
I don't find her ugly...she's no Halle Berry...but then who is?
I don't think she's ugly. She's not the most attractive female to ever grace this planet, but she's NOT ugly. DarrinS is the same guy who feels the need to always refer to the Democratic nominee as Barack Hussein Obama, but has never referred to any of the other principals as John Sidney McCain, Sarah Heath Palin or Joseph Robinette Biden. I'll call it as I see it. This is a great thread. Maybe Sullivan'll link to it.
Heath?

She hasn't gotten cancer yet, so he just hasn't had the chance to sleep around on her, ala Rudy or John.![]()
At least Barack Hussein Obama has a sense of humor about his name, as we all witnessed recently at that dinner speech.
As for Joseph Robinette Biden, now that's just ing hilarious.![]()
Mic e's a classy, intelligent lady. She may not meet your high standards, but Barack doesn't seem to have a problem with her looks.
And yes, she will have an impact on his presidency. Not only as his wife, but as part of the "inner circle," with Plouffe and Axelrod. You mention Barack is Harvard-educated, but she went to Princeton for undergrad and Harvard Law. Hillary was not chosen as VP because political ads with her saying Barack isn't qualified from the primaries would have been an enormous liability; it had nothing to do with some feminine agenda.
Biden said the same thing. Hasn't seemed to backfire yet.
Why didn't Obama get a better looking wife?
Probably because he didn't envision running for President in 2008 and then having some socially re ed prepubescent boy living in his parents garaged turned room asking why he chose her on a Spurs forum.
My guess.
It's not a requirement to have a trophy wife when becoming a politician. Plus, she's not a bad looking woman, and she's pretty damn smart. I'm really okay with my presidential candidate surrounding himself with good people and not stooping to act with the stereotypes.
I realize that this place is drenched in testosterone, but I know that there are some men in here who recognize how wrong it is for a man to be expected to marry someone attractive, just because he can, and potentially at the expense of other qualifications.
when have you ever seen a good looking USA 2nd lady? that's right, the last time, it was Kennedy and you know what happened to him. That is just not tolerated in this country.
Move to france if you want that kind of madness.
Tacky thread. Dude, which frat are you in?
Why don't you post a pic of your mom and see how generous the people around here will be with that?

I'm suprised that the gorilla picture hasn't gone up yet.
In the new Amerika every word in the english vocabulary is a potential "code word" for a racist remark.
It's pathetic.
