I see no evidence that she got hit anywhere in the face though. Wouldn't she have some swelling, some discoloration if she got hit anywhere in the head? The ring around her eye suggests she got hit in that region.
Like I said before, I've seen plenty of black eyes and head trauma while working in the hospital and this would be the first time I've ever seen anyone with that kind of ring around their eye with no bruising, no swelling of the eyelid or lower portion of the eye, no redness in the eye or anything. Her eye looks perfectly normal except for a big black ring around it

Unless the attacker practiced yoga, he'd probably have to have her head between his knees, instead of standing up.
How was she restrained? Was he holding her head with his knees so tight that if she moved it would just pop off? I find it hard to believe he was positioned in a manner that would have forced him to carve the B like that.

None of this behavior can be traced directly to liberalism or statements or actions made by Obama. There are no end of examples that people from both parties can act like idiots, and sometimes violently or criminally so...
