At least once a week I have a dream that I'm playing basketball. The strange thing is I always wake up in a sweat and sometimes I'm missing everything or I'm hitting everything. what does that mean?

IMO, sleeping in a cold room rules. I just crack a window and let my room freeze. Nothing better than being in a frigid environment, but warm as underneath goose down.
