    The thing I'll never understand is why our FO seems so opposed to bringing in young, long, althletes like Trav Outlaw or Trevor Ariza... they are the game now, and we don't have a single one.

    Chris Dougles-Roberts should be a Spur.

    As for Bonner, it's all about his contract, or maybe a team that needs a 3-shooting big.

    For all the bagging on Finley at least he's contributing something tonight.

    13 points on 4-8, 2-3, 3-3, shooting. Also has 2 rebounds and 4 assists. Of course he has 2 turnovers too.

    No one else is looking to shoot other than Parker and Duncan.

    Finley was awful towards the end of last season, I'm glad he re-dedicated himself to getting in shape and it seems to have helped his jump shot. Finley and Bowen are looking like age has caught up to them. If they don't have the lateral quickness to, at least, stay in front of their man to force jump shots, this team wont win alot of games...

    Finley is actually scoring well. That is one good thing he is doing. The problem is Fin isn't too good at anything else. His entry pass to Tim was a turn over. Barry was great at making that pass. Michael is try at least tonight. Pop can't afford to run guys like Ime, Bruce and Thomas when they can't score a point.

    This game has the makings of a double digit loss for the spurs.
    The spurs are going to struggle early on with the team they have now. I don't see them beating many good teams especially on the road in the early part of the season.
