Indiana
Obama 56%
McCain 43%
Only 1% in.
Currently, CNN is reporting Kentucky as
McCain - 63%
Obama - 36%
About 5,500 votes are in
Electoral-vote.com had Kentucky projected at 55-41 McCain
Indiana
Obama 56%
McCain 43%
Only 1% in.
Indiana, with 1% of precincts reporting
McCain - 43
Obama - 56
That's a good stat for Obama.
Indiana will go down to the wire ... these are probably urban/suburban results
The Daily Kos has a really cool interactive real time results electoral map -
http://scoreboard.dailykos.com/map/
If Indiana is going down to the wire McCain is truly ed.
It was probably just a few early-reporting precincts.
Indiana now
McCain - 48%
Obama - 51%
If Obama wins IN I am going to sleep......![]()
I've got this one going right now.
Yeah, that one is better than the DKos one I was using.
Obviously 1% of the vote is pretty meaningless, but it's interesting that Obama is currently carrying New Hampshire with 66% of the vote to McCain's 33%.
And Obama is carrying Maine 2 votes to 1 (literally!).![]()
Both Indiana and Kentucky are close, but it's still early.
Indiana only had 3 precincts reporting so far.
A hefty % of the Indiana voting is from Vigo County in Western Indiana which borders Illinois ... the real test for Obama is in Central and Eastern IN.
That being said, if he pulls it off, McCain and the Republicans can hit the hay early tonight
Indiana w/ 3% reporting:
McCain - 49%
Obama - 50%
That is with only 48 votes counted. Just sayin'.
Kentucky w/ 9% reporting
McCain - 51%
Obama - 48%

Damn, PBS has no coverage![]()
Norah O'Donnell is reporting that Republican strategists in North Carolina are already saying that Elizabeth Dole is going to lose and that African-American turnout has been through the roof.
MSNBC was saying that Louisville was among the first to report and would be in Obama's favor.

She deserves to lose after running that utterly sleazy ad.
I agree. Chalupa made a good call.
