Is there a bar that serves a drink called Shark Bite in a fish bowl? I remember there was an in door sand volleyball court. It has been too long ago since I was last there in Chicago...I have renounced all that is Yankee in me since I am a Texan in my heart. Except for one thing of course....

That would be Uncle Fatty's, I do believe. It's not the only place in Chicago with that, but it's the most well-known.

Where do you plan on staying? Parking downtown costs a fortune. You should park your car on the north side and take the red or brown line down to the city.

All good ideas. I'm a big fan of going beyond the typical tourist areas in the center of the city when I go places, because I think you learn a lot about a place by hanging out in the neighborhoods and such. Take a stroll around Lincoln Square, visit the Garfield Park Observatory, go have some food in one of the ethnic neighborhoods, etc. It's a great city.

We're staying on Michigan Ave. We have a limo ride to and from the hotel. We'll take cabs or the train to get to other places.

FANTASTIC TRIP!!!!!!!!!

I'm going back in July. Loved the nightlife scene and the subway train.
Ate and drank way too much, spent too much, etc. But that's what going on vacation is for.

Oh yea, and I lost my voice after going to a concert.
