Lol here is a summary of Shaq's involvement. Sees Tmac flooring Nash so he pushes him. Then sees that Alston is right in front of him, so he pushes him too. His facial expression never changes one bit. Just moves things in his path.

Here is a summary of what happened.

Barnes starts it with a dirty screen on Alston. Mcgrady shoots a three and then Rafer Alston confronts Barnes face to face.Nash gets into Alston's face...Mcgrady comes to the aid of Alston by shoving Nash on the floor, Shaq shoves Mcgrady on the floor....As coaches and refs breaks it up, Rafer lands a punch at Nash's neck and Shaq pushes the entire crowd 10feet from the middle of the floor. Barnes and Rafer ejected, Nash Shaq and Ming T'd Up.

Man, this wasn't much of anything. I don't think anyone should be suspended. Maybe Barnes if they need a scape goat, but only for a game. It was a flagrant 1 at most. Maybe Reefer Alston for punching Nash in the Neck too, but even then, whatev.
