I have to disagree with you there my friend. In Bishop there is a small place called Bishop Cafe that makes what they call the Taco Loco. It's chorizo, egg, cheese, bacon, beans, potatos, and onion all cooked together in a tortilla the size of my head. It's jam packed with greasy goodness.
