I live in Sacramento (wore my spurs gear to tonight's victory!) I'm considering getting the ATT U-verse cable which includes FSN-Southwest. Does anyone outside of San Antonio have the ATT-Uverse with the FSN channels? Are the Spurs games are blacked out?

From what I've seen on ATT U-verse, all NBA games are blacked out when shown on one of the FSN stations (other than local of course). I have no reason to believe the Spurs are different in that regard.

The NBA has their League Pass package, and without purchasing it I don't believe there is any way to watch non-local market games. ATT does not currently offer League pass, unless things have changed since I've last looked.

Jefe is right, and I'd add that it doesn't matter what service you get (U-verse, satellite, ...) -- the RSNs (Regional Sports Networks) only show live games in your region. You have to get the package (NBA League Pass) to actually see out-of-region live games.

And by the way U-verse does NOT offer NBA League Pass. You'd have to get it from your cable or satellite provider. (I think Dish Network doesn't have it either, you'd have to check).

U-verse is working on getting League Pass (and NBA TV)... I would expect both by next year - maybe even NBA TV this year, but I doubt they'd turn on League Pass in the middle of the season. I had some issues being blacked out from some Astros games earlier in the year when I signed up for Uverse and finally got connected to their sports programming department - they've been working on all of the league packages for a while and should be getting pretty close to getting those going.

blah, blah, blah. That is exactly the same story they were spouting a year ago this time when I called them on it. I'll believe it when I see it.

I got U-verse TV but cancelled it 3 weeks after I got it because of the lack of NBA TV, and also poor HD picture quality.

Spurs games are Blacked out in the Dallas area. We will get the post game show with highlights but that means watching the ultimate spare, Rick Renner - who is actually based in Dallas and knows nothing about the Spurs.
