Thrashed is a pretty strong word, but it does appear like they aren't playing with great effort and they certainly are getting outplayed up to this point.
Lazy passes, and almost no interior defense...

Celtics are wayyyyyyyyy better than the Pistons. They need Dice back to help with bench scoring and they need to figure out how to contain Rondo because Iverson did a really poor job on him.

Pistons thrashed the Lakers then the Celtics thrash the Pistons. I guess the Lakers gotta just thrash the Celtics to make this come full circle.

Agreed. Pistons can't beat the Celtics this year unless there is another significant change or Iverson learns how to be an adequate perimeter defender instead of going for steals all the time and playing matador defense. Stuckey is playing like crap but hopefully he gets out of it, and McDyess would be a huge help off the bench if he chose to return. But, even if all those things happen, that still doesn't guarantee the Pistons can beat the Celtics. That Celtics defense is crazy.
But, "good but not good enough" with Iverson is better than Chauncey because of the contract situations and at least for viewing pleasure. Despite the blowout loss last night, the Pistons have been a lot more fun to watch this season than the last two seasons.
