Agent: Antonio McDyess will re-sign with Pistons

I put this here because of the hope-against-hope that the Spurs were looking at him. Please move if it should be in NBA Central.

Ya McDyess would have been a great fit as Duncan's backup, can get on the boards and doesn't clog the lane on offense. They aren't done making moves, everyone is always anxious to see the big blockbuster deals at the deadline, I like seeing under the radar moves teams like the Spurs, Celtics, and other well run teams do.

They won't get Chris Kaman, I'll guarantee that.

Is Anthony Tolliver considered a center or power forward....either way idk why he reminds me of one of those goofy scrubs on the mid 90's Lakers. Probably because of Anthony Peeler or Anthony "Pig" Miller.

You just know the agent was making sure all bases were covered, lest the wrath of Stern come down for 'collusion'.

NUggets-Fan, I wont be surprised if this is the year your Nuggets advance to at least the second round in the PO. Good trade for Billups!

I agree with the others that say there is nothing to see here. I'm sure the conversation went something like this:

Dumars: "Hey Dice, we are trading you."

    McDyess: "WTF?"

    Dumars: "Ha...gotcha."

    McDyess: *chuckling*

Dumars: "Seriously though, we are trading Chauncey for AI and we need your contract in the deal to make it all work. How's a month off sound?"

    McDyess: "Works for me."

Dumars: "Just be sure you entertain a few offers from other teams. You might even fly on down to San Antonio and enjoy some good mexican food and chit chat with Pop and R.C."

    McDyess: "I might do that."

Dumars: "Well, gotta go. Gotta let the press know what is going down. See ya in 30."

    McDyess: "Peace."
