Factually, I know this is true, but Mayo is a garbageman. He played like until it was a 20 point game and Pop put Vaughn in. Hill played well in the teeth of the game, when it was still up for grabs. Gimme that any day.

Nah, Rooks usually don`t make the All-Defensive Team! The only one I remember was Duncan on the 2nd Team in his first season...

Mayo has been hyped and toted in SI and recruitment blogs since he was in middle school... when Hill was in middle school he was on the streets of indy playing rec ball and street ball... Hill has heart and has scrapped and pounded his whole life to get to this moment.... people were rubbing mayo's feet when he was 14.. hes talented .. but im sorry Hill has more determination and heart and I feel personally like Hill is what champions are made of and mayo is what scrub team , high payed stars are made of... there is a difference between TP and say Vince Carter of years back when he was a hyped super star... my point is ... with the aggression and flashes of brilliance in situations, his defense and continued progression at slashing... it isn't hoping he gets that good.. its a matter of time and experience.. and he has the talent... the heart... beyond that... there is nothing.
