Did someone get stabbed? I see many cases where a person stabs another person and the judge gives them 10 years.
you can rob a federal bank and only get 5 years. The man who was the mastermind in the ENRON scam only received 10 years.
If some other ex football player like Troy Aikman went after someone who was selling his and with the heat of the moment used a gun and lost it like OJ did? People around here will be asking for probation. He may even get two years. And people will say even that was to much.
