I would classify scoring more points in the second half as closing the game, not running up the score, but I'd buy someone who applied to OU and didn't get in thinking the inverse were true.

I've been saying this since Texas lost to Tech, but the Big 12 refs haven't called holding all year. Tech did it BAD to Texas, OU did it BAD to Tech and REALLY BAD tonight against Mizzou. CBF is going to look like Nostradamus in a month. All of these 3rd and 3s that OU ends up with are going to be 3rd and 13s after those flags come down. And that 3rd down efficiency is going to get cut in half or worse.
