I still find it hilarious that there were Mavs fans on this board calling out those Spurs fans in the 06 WCSF for dropping the refs card(as they should have because going to the refs card is for pussies)...then two weeks later those very same Mavs fans went to the same refs card against Miami.

Can't have it both ways folks. Some Mavs fans still don't get that.
The first 4 games of the Mavs-Spurs series were very badly officiated ... it is simply karma Wade getting foulcalls without getting touched in the same thing happened to Dirk multiple times in our series (Dirk pushing Bowen with the off arm and Bowen getting called over and over, tripping over his own foot for Timmy's sixth foul, etc)

I don't deny that there is bad officiating at times in the NBA but you can't call someone out for whining, then whine yourself and claim its legit, as happened in 06.

Why is it not a surprise anymore that a series that happened 2 years ago gets brought up after a December game after Spurfans swear up and down there are no championships won in December?

The remainder of Stackhouse's Maverick days will be spent in an Armani suit. I never knew Dirk was a classless thug tho.

you probably need to learn how to proof read... read my post... i said "Dirk will be surrounded by classless thugs not that he is one...

For the same reason Mavs fans (some anyway) still scream that they were robbed in 06...stupidity.

Apart from the refereeing being terrible both ways in the Spurs/Mavs series, the Mavs were just better during the series. The Heat were better than the Mavs for 3 and 1/8 games.

so what it boils down to is that the better team in each series won.

    I agree with that.

The NBA Finals is the championship series of the National Basketball Association and the conclusion of the sport's postseason each June. The series was named the NBA World Championship Series until 1986.

The series is played between the winners of Eastern Conference Finals and Western Conference Finals. At the conclusion of the championship round, the winner of the NBA Finals is presented the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy. (Winners from 1946 to 1977 received the Walter A. Brown Trophy) The NBA Finals has been played at the conclusion of every NBA and BAA season in history, the first being held in 1947.

Since 1985, the winner of the NBA Finals are determined through a 2–3–2 best-of-seven playoff format. The team with the better regular season record has home court advantage (The first two, sixth, and final game are played at its home court) regardless of their respective seeding.

Yes but not for breakfast. As a late night " i'm drunk and hungry" option yes, although for that I still prefer TC, Las Palapas or Jim's.

I find the Sonic breakfast toasters to be a fine breakfast choice for fast food.
