Forensic tests released last month confirmed that hair found in the trunk of Anthony's Pontiac Sunfire came from a decomposing body. DNA evidence suggests a corpse had been in the car's trunk.

Cindy also took a call from a viewer. He wanted to know why Cindy recently changed her mind about the smell in the back of her daughter's car from that of a dead body to a rotting pizza. Cindy replied, "I changed my mind on that (pause) I never changed my mind on that. What I stated was the car smelled. OK. I was told by my husband and also by the gentleman at the tow yard that there was bag of food that contained pizza and maggots in the car."
But, Orlando investigators say they found traces of chloroform along with DNA evidence suggesting Caylee's dead body was in the trunk.

Look into her eyes. Oh....oh, oh...she's been telling lies.
i highly doubt a rotting pizza smells anything like decomposition of a human body.
Right you are.
Wow, she has a whole ing ocean at her doorstep, and she uses a place by her house.
She is being framed it wasnt her. No one could be that ing stupid.
How does a bag go undiscovered for 3 months with a dead body, was it buried?
They arent sure but its possible. Either that or her bones were burried and they put them in a bag and put it there, but it doesnt make sense. Why would anyone do that?
Remember Chandra Levy- the girl in the Washington DC park. They found her body a year later.
Yeah did they ever get anywhere on that case? I think 9/11 happened right when that case was getting really hot.
Stories like this are always fascinating to me. I wish I couldve followed up with more forensic crime science classes in college.
The grandmother has been claiming that the babysitter wanted her for her own kid and that she was alive. How does that story work now?
It could work in a passion crime sort of way.
You mean the baby sitter who the mom claimed had the kid, but the baby sitter had never even met them?
Who Killed Chandra Levy?
The murder of Chandra Levy remains Washington's most famous unsolved crime. Many people, including police and prosecutors, suspected that a congressman was responsible. But a year-long Washington Post investigation reveals new information showing that critical leads were ignored and the killer may never be brought to justice.

In the six years since Chandra Levy was found in Rock Creek Park, her story continues to haunt many lives.
Rep. Gary Condit was abandoned by the Democratic Party and was trounced in the primary for his House seat in 2002. He now splits his time among California, Colorado and Arizona, where he operated two Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlors.
Ingmar Guandique, the Salvadoran immigrant convicted of attacking women in Rock Creek Park around the time Chandra disappeared, has never been charged in connection with the case. He has been moved several times within the federal corrections system because of behavioral problems. From prison in North Carolina, he sent pornographic sketches containing written suggestions of explicit sexual acts to a female insurance agent, a stranger whose picture he saw in a Spanish-language newspaper in the Washington area. He now sits in a federal prison at the edge of the Mojave Desert.
Most of the investigators have also dispersed. All of those who agreed to be interviewed now say Condit had nothing to do with Chandra's disappearance. Nearly all of them consider Guandique to be the prime suspect, even as he consistently denies any involvement in the crime. The investigators continue to second-guess the case, especially the many lost opportunities to gather evidence about the killer.
The area where the remains were found had been searched as part of the investigation into Caylee's disappearance, he said. But the precise spot where a county meter reader found them -- "45, 50, 60 feet back" from the street -- was flooded at the time of the search.

Yea it is weird but i heard that until a week ago that whole area was under water. They have tried searching there twice already.
Dont they have the dad talking to investigators on tape admitting there was never any pizza in the car.........
A pizza in the trunk of your car would not rot. It would dry out before it had the chance to.
theyre saying that might be proof taht it was an accident and she just kinda freaked adn dumped teh body. but then again they say she played in those woods as a child and is very familiar wtih them.
local news said they started to search but called if off bc theywere on horses and and were afraid of pushing anything deeper into the mud
Now they've said investigators searched the home early Friday after the medical examiner found "some clues that came out of the remains" that "linked it to the house."
