    WHY To raise funds for the various projects of the nonprofit Spurs Foundation. Founded in 1988, the Spurs Foundation directs resources toward educational and recreational youth projects and programs. All of the Foundation’s programs are designed to inspire, encourage and motivate youth to engage in positive activities, take their education seriously, develop confidence, sound values, and recognize that they are responsible for the choices they make.

    I almost named my cat Tux n Tennies because of his coloration and markings. I couldn't think of where I got that phrase from and now I know!

    We've had great reports back from people that have gone before. It's supposed to be fun, even if you can't bid high. I don't remember anyone ever saying they were sorry they went or that it wasn't worth it.
