I dont know about his ego these days. He is a fragment of UFC past from 2 years ago. He isnt the same as he used to be but yeah I dont think he wants to lose to Serra. It would be how I would feel if I lost to Tim Stylvia.
You might be right about the EGO, Maybe Hughes is accepting of himself not being the fighter he was a few years ago but no way does he want to lose to Serra. If for no other reason than Serra is a huge -talker, who will never let you hear the end of it, if he beats you..

Yeah Hughes was always a talker and a prick......you never lose that trait. However I doubt any fighter wants to lose and especially if they hate each other so I dont see Serra dropping the ball. He is too tall but I think I can take him hahaha. Give me a year to train hahahha and ill beat up the big dumb oaf.

DUDE i have UFC 65 on DVD where Tim fights Monson and the behind the scenes is beyond hilarious. It is Tim, talking for 20 min on how "He is the worst match-up of Jeff's career, he will KO him with ease in RD 1, this division is in my hands"
Then stinks up the joint for 25 min, barely commiting to a single hard shot out of fear of being taken down and says in the post-fight "Well we know he would be hard to take down, because he was looking to shoot on me"

I think like 20 i have. I started getting them fairly regularly starting at UFC 40 o and Ken 1. Of course i get all the DVD's for GSP fights and will buy them for Brock and Rampage fights also..

Yeah I like both fighters but damn Page lost. EVEN THOUGH hahaha ive said it a million times Page should have won.
It was a superclose fight, some of the scores were BAD. One judge had it 49-46 Forrest which is a joke. I had it a draw, Page gets RD 1, Forrest RD 2 10-8Page gets rd 3 and 4 and Forrest RD 5. 47-47 on my card, insane great fight though..
I think that close the champ should retain.
Agreed, fight was so good Forrest would have got another shot soon anyway.

Im glad most of my family is local...I can visit, and sleep in my bed in the same night...It is a tough card...very exciting ...I think CB and Mike could turn out to be a very good fight as well.
Yeah not local for me. I live in NY and my sister is out in Virginia, that is like an 8hr drive, with ZERO traffic..
I'll have to order this one, fork over the 40 bucks to her and watch it at her place..
