Pulling up for a three on a 2 on 4 break is weak and stupid Manu homer.
I sure hope you guys are right; hope Bonner's not in a long shooting slump, as say, Finley.
Not really worried about this loss, but Parker really needs to pass more. It seems that the offense is more fluid with Hill.
Ginobili and Parker actually brought it on offense- both of them were agressive and hit their shots.
Start Hill and Mason and bring Parker and Ginobili off the bench... just for the of it.
I actually think that could work.
It is interesting watching the Hornets because they have so many ex-Spurs. Antonio sure was excited!!
FAIL.
You want TD to pass out from exhaustion carrying the whole team the entire game?
hmm: Antonio Daniels, Melvin Ely, Devin Brown, Sean Marks. 3 of the 4 guys were given a ring for free.
Why does Marks always go to the rivalry teams?
Because he misses being ed by Duncan
I truly think most of you do not watch the game. The Spurs played well for the most part and if guys hit their normal open looks no one is saying . If a couple more easy looks fall the Spurs win this game in NO and that does not mean they played any better or worse.
Spurs have the worst fans sometimes.
tomorrow's lineup should be:
duncan
bonner
bowen
ginobili or (give it a chance)hill
parker
Well it was an ugly loss, but it, I mean they were up 79-72 and couldnt close the deal, oh well. Thats what happens when u start off 0-9 from 3 in the 4th, Bonner goes 1-8 from 3, the refs suck off Paul on the jump ball, and JUST to make sure we lose, call Mason for out of bounds during the final seconds, cant let the Spurs win on nat'l tv right? NO! OF COURSE NOT! GASP! lol. Seriously though, this game was encouraging because it seems to me the Hornets arent as great as people make them out to be. They blew us out in 2 or 3 out of 4 games last year in the regular season, and this game we were 5-6 mins away from a W. No worries, just another test game for Pop and the Spurs, especially with sticking with Bonner when he should have gone with KT, and sticking with Finley when he should have gone with Mason or Hill. Hill looked like he bothered Paul with his length a bit. Spurs will bounce back, they always will, we dont celebrate December ships like Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, oh the list goes on.
Pop isn't ever going to go with anyone over Finley. Ever. He hasn't done it since we acquired Finley in '05.
Parker made passes to Finley... 2/9
Parker made passes to Bonner... 3/15
Parker made passes to Mason... 2/7
Parker was 8/13. He should have taken more shots.
Spurs will be just fine, especially playing some wack teams coming up
Orlando
Toronto
Sacramento
Minnesota
Phoenix
Memphis
Milwaukee
Memphis
Philadelphia
Miami
LA Clippers
Orlando
until FINALLY we meet L.A
we could possibly be 25-11 by then. I'm fine with that.
losing games with leads if the norm here with this team....
we suck big time.
Rewatch the 2007 Western Finals and NBA Finals again sunshine.
New Orleans just beat a team they were supposed to beat. They just made some shots, and beat a team that missed some shots.

In the big picture this game probably doesn't mean much, but this was a very very bad loss for the Spurs.
9 point lead in 4th quarter against a team coming off a Tuesday game, without its 3rd option? need to clinch that. Instead, the Spurs reverted back to something they displayed many times last year, an offensive drought.
It's kinda odd to me that a team with Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili doesn't get to the line often and doesn't get many points in the paint, but that's what the Spurs don't do often... they are overreliant on the 3-PT shot.
The Hornets just made some extra shots tonight.
In all my years as an NBA fan, I've never seen a worse jump ball than the one that referee HANDED TO CHRIS PAUL there at the end.
Hornets got us this time, but they'll have to wait until the playoffs to get any real revenge.
2 times. Awesome. Out of how many games?
You es got owned.
P.S T-park is really really fat.
LMAO you ing moron. I'm sure Paul cared about the steals record just like anyone else would, but in every interview he has said it doesn't mean anything if they don't win the game. yea Paul is a selfish player. thats why he averages 11-13 assist per game. hes so selfish!!!
