the Cavs scrubs are just shooting some shots. nothing new here
Lol, look at there losses; congrats on beating second tier teams!
the Cavs scrubs are just shooting some shots. nothing new here
Yeah they got past that Pacers juggernaut twice
What an interesting discussion.
Now we know for sure that LBJ and his crew are real contenders: the lakers fans accept to discuss with clev fans about point differential leadership and who have the best scrubs.
easy schedule for the cavs,
they played mavs and hornets when they sucked (1st 2 games), Denver before the trade (not sure about that) and the jazz (injured).
and that's all.
Only an idiot Cav fan whose franchise has never won would get so excited about PT differential this early in the season.
The Lakers blowing big time leads in the 4th quarter was due to a lot of things, mostly coaching though. Keeping the 2nd unit until 6 minutes left in the game, not playing Bynum in the last 5 minutes, typical Phil Jackson BS that we've come to expect in the first half of the season.
It's a marathon, not a sprint. Any idiot fan who is getting giddy about PT differential this early in the season has clearly never seen his team win jack .
So that fact that over the last 10 years the team that has won the point differential has won the championship 8 times, and over the last 20 they have won it 15 times means nothing to you? Those are just fabricated right because your team has won a championship so you are more of an astute basketball mind than someone from Cleveland
The Cavs were 9-12 this time last year. We understand your distress.
thats not what he's talking about, he's talking about your premature ejaculation.
And the fact you think Cleveland is even close to as deep as the lakers makes me laugh.
alright well I'm not going to argue with someone that thinks that I believe the Cavs are the NBA Champs because they lead the point differential after 20 games.
All I'm saying is a)it's not a meaningless stat, and B)The Cavs came closer to beating the ultimate champs last year than the Lakers did, and the Cavs were a one man show then and still came within a rebound of winning that series.
The Cavs are looking impressive but what I'm trying to get at is that they are basically still a Lebron team. Lebron-Bosh or something i can see, but i guess we will have to just wait and see.
maybe your parents should buy you cable and not season tickets to see the ty Rockets. You have alot of basketball to watch because the Cavs are no longer a one man show.
Whatever you say bud, the rest of us can see![]()
It's way to early to speculate on a lot of the points brought up in this thread, but Cleveland appears to be an elite team at this stage, replacing Detroit. No clear cut favorite in the east now.
Let them have their fun guys. Cavs will be back to a team once lebron opts out in 2010.
You gotta be ing kidding me.
It's a good stat but we are not even halfway in to THIS season who says teh Spurs don't have that stat by end of season withthe way they blew out their last two opponents? and even if the Cavs have a better differential you pick them OVER the Celts or the Spurs?!
Hey i like Lebron and think the CAVS are good but le talk is premature Celts have won more games and are the defending champs ...
I said it was early in the part of my post you deleted
do you guys honestly think I'm holding a Cavs championship party in December?
Don't worry. It's lakerfans. If you don't praise the Lakers with every post, it automatically makes you a hater and not very knowledgeable on the subject of basketball.
Got to admit, the man's got a point.
2002 was so long ago
Notice I said Major Sports.
Last time I recall NCAA was college.
yeah I forgot College football is the 2nd most popular sport in America
There will be some slippage by the Cavs coming up.
I'd say 4-3 or 3-4 to finish the year. That will bring down the win margin significantly.
