His talking point is saying Michael Finley wasn't ever a good player.

And it's funny how you rip on Kidd but defend Josh. Kidd is a better player than Josh Howard, and fulfills his role better than Josh Howard.
He also said that Erica was a better player than Kaman.
The only thing JHo is consistent at these days is bricking a stepback to create more rebounds for the other team and making boneheaded plays to stuff his stats before halftime, after which, he won't give a anymore.
There's no way Josh Howard cares anymore.
He's 28 right now, he's supposed to be in his prime. His best basketball should be this year and next.
Yet he's regressed in: rebound rate, steals, blocks, drawing charges, 3-PT shooting, FT shooting, overall defense.
To me, this is a sign of laziness... and although it's hard to measure when watching on TV, you just get a sense he doesn't care.
Can't expect your team to do much when on top of the roster flaws, your 2.5 option has no dedication or commitment.
Just another example of getting paid and not giving a . Nice to know two of those are in our starting lineup.

Devin, I'm sorry. This team not only gave up on you too early but it gave up on you at the exact moment that you were starting to perform on a high level. All that you gave this team was never appreciated as media, fans and the team had a "what-have-you-done-for-me-lately" at ude. One minutre you're shredding the Spurs in the Western Conference semis, now you're being swapped for a guy who's 10 years old, can't shoot, is 100 times slower than you and wouldn't know how to drive the basket if he were in a double-decker bus.

I blame Avery.
He traded away two of Josh's butt buddies in Quis and Devin (despite the revisionist history going on there). Without Avery, Mavs would have Quis, Devin, and a slightly less re ed Josh.
