I've never seen the Lakers go after 1 guy as much as last night. Kobe, Ariza, Lamar all took turns beating the out of him.

no excuses at all here... you simply stated that sasha was the reason the spurs were eliminated last yr and i disagree. sasha was key because our main sg was injured but that's not why the spurs were totally demolished in the wcf. the spurs as a whole just weren't up to the task when they got to the wcf but by no means did sasha take the spurs down.
Regardless of the succint diatribes relayed in this thread I would love to have James Posey on my team. I would trade Odom straight up for Posey today as this is the toughness and defense this team needs.
If he was cheaper I'd like to get him.
But Posey's $5 million a year for the next 4 years. That's a bit too high in my opinion.
He's worth it over Walton and Radman though.....
I don't know, as much as I hate him as a player he's very effective and gets Kobe into a lot of 1 on 1 dueling which is what the opposing team wants. This night Kobe hit a few tough shots, but as we've seen in the Boston series he can't go off against him every game. I wish we had him, even if we put him on the bench so no other team can use him against us.
Isnt Radman and Walton on a similar deal to Posey Allanon?
Yes they are, mystar. Lakers are kind of stuck with their contracts.
I agree with Medvedenko, Posey's worth more than those guys.
