Just got back, wasn't at the game but was at a friend's house with like 50 people.

Superb game, and pretty good D.

Lakers intensity was thru the roof. You could just tell they wanted it a little more than the Celtics.

Also the Celtics had a bad game. No denying that. LA had a GREAT game. Good game either way. Im still not convinced though that LA can beat Boston in a 7 game series. And yes LA is better than the Spurs right now, but.....

This was the most hyped regular season game of the year and we couldn't get more than 7 pages. Oh that's right, the Lakers were winning. Figures.

Pretty good win against a great team.

Boston played attrocious offense.
Not giving the Lakers D 100% credit for that but from what I saw, it had alot to do with it.

Overall, the only significance I put on this win is that it widened the gap between the Lakers and the Suns by another game.
Thanks to the Spurs.

I think one of the reasons they won this game is because Farmar was nowhere around to act like a turnstyle for the opposing point guards.

Garnett was on fire. Fisher was 2-10. Gasol was MIA for 3 quarter. Kobe didn't shoot a single freaking free throw. We just came off of playing 4 times on the road in 5 days. We still won by 9.

Are you kidding me? Lakers aren't even the same team. If they were playing like they were the starting of the season I would agree with you. But they are a totally different team now. Lazy ass defense isn't gonna win crap aginst the celtics.. they are a freighttrain right now and are playing excellent ball. I'm just being realistic..
