Holy crap the multiplayer is fun. I've never played CD4's multiplayer, but it blows Halo 3's MP outta the water. Just so much to do and so many medals, awards, upgrades to shoot for. Played it for about 6 hours straight today. .

I worded it a bit rushed... I meant to say that BFBC blows H3 MP away and that ive neve played CD4 MP to compare to it.
I'm assuming CD4's MP is better bc of all the good things people say about it... im just stating that BFBC's MP is really really good.
The 16vs16 element of it is pretty awesome

I finally bought CoD4 today... found it new at blockbuster for 30 bucks and couldnt resist.
so if youre on my friends list and i see you playing it, expect a game invite.
So i played CoD4 last night and i must say i still think Bad Company has a better multiplayer. guns feel more realistic, sound effects are better, graphics are better... only thing CoD has over it is the ability to shoot through thin walls... but in Bad Company you can just blow the walls up with a grenade launcher or explosive and get to your enemy.
Did you try playing headquarters on COD4?
I wanted to get this game but decided I could wait till it went to a bargain bin.
Eh, I played BC because of the recommendation in this thread, it sucks...
I could never get into this one. Played it three times with friends who hyped it up, then I went back to COD4.
i mostly just ran around trying to get a feel for the maps and seeing which unit types best fit me. The kill cam is a great feature, but more often than not the dude is just camping a corner.

idk if you tried the mp or not... but that's where the game is.. it's a battlefield game for crying out loud... if you just played campaign youre missing out on the other 90% of the game.
cod 5 > cod 4 > bf:bc
I don't know about 5 being better than 4, all they really did was copy what was done in 4, shouldn't the guys that made 4 get the credit they deserve?
I agree ^ , but CoD 5 is still better. The maps are the biggest difference, much better. There's a lot more detail graphically. Campaign is co-op as well.
Cod 4 is the more original game, but CoD 5 is still better.
Let's at least give credit to the guys that made the game, it's as if you built a really nice house and I added a flat screen and a jacuzzi tub....
Even if you don't factor in originality I'd still say COD4 is better.
The game is a little more than that. Completely new weapons and added perks. As I mentioned, the maps are much better. There's more levels online as well. 55 compared to like 75 I think now.
Overall, a better game. CoD 4 is still badass though. I still am going to do the rest of this prestige mode, minimum.
