After watching " a Werewolf in Paris ", I had some dreams where some guys and myself would turn into werewolves in some city's downtown, in the evening; the streets were always quite crowded.
It was fun to chase the regular people
I absolutely LOVE zombie movies!
Its kind of sad, but I actually have thought what I would do if the event where to occur. I have "dreams" about it.... just to be clear, they are not nightmares, but DREAMS.
I actually have a mental "route" I would take to the nearest gunshop.
Call me sick but I would love for it to happen, and no, I wouldnt have a second thought of killing a loved one if the event where to occur.
I just have this feeling that I would survive, that I wouldnt be one of the masses that get ed over. Dont get me wrong, its not like Im preparing for the like the psycho's who prepare for the end of the world, but I would be lying if I didnt say I didnt have a plan (regardless if it was zombies or an invading foreign army). Im a firm believer in survival of the fittest.
Have any of you ever thought of what you would do in the event something crazy like that happens? Not just zombies but anything.... Like Red Dawn ( ing AWESOME movie) or anything like that. Alot of people would probably call me crazy but those are my favorite dreams and I love them!
Dont get me wrong, I dont want ANYONE to get hurt but if happens, ohh well. Your just another target at that point.

I'm pretty sure I would survive as well, unless if the Zombies had super powers like they do now, but if they are the bumbling slow moving and witted ones then I can just walk away from danger.

Has anyone ever been able to sort of control what they dream about?
Im not talking once you start dreaming, Im talking about before you go to bed. I have this wierd thing where before I go to sleep if I concentrate on something I will dream about it and be able to do it, as long as its within reason, when I wake up. For example I dreamed about cruising roller blades back when they first came out and was able to put them on when I got a pair and not have any problems at all. I was even able to slide a rail the first day I got them!

Opposite for me
I've noticed that if I think about something the moment I close my eyes, right before, I drea mabout it.
I like to think about hot sex with a pornstar; with a little melatonin, it gets super vivid
Of course, when I wake up, there's nobody in my bed
However, what you describe seems to be what it's called " visualization"

yeah! One of my high school buddies was/is a total zombie freak and he got me hooked on those movies. I too have a plan if the dead start to walk. If they start to run, I may have to improvise...
Ever read The Zomie Survival Guide or World War Z by Max Brooks? A little dry, but both really good reads. I highly recomend both to zombie fans.
Some of my friends think that'd be an awesome way for the world to end too. Nuts...
Anyway, I would just try to find other survivors. If the zombies are prototypical (like Romero's zombies: slow, unthinking etc) then I'd contact others and try to form a stronghold. If they're the fast mofos from Dawn of the Dead, then I'd just take up arms in a reinforced building like they did.
One of my favorite rappers has been warning of a zombie apocalypse for some time now (MC Chris - MC Chris is Dead). I'm thinking about starting a zombie apocalypse survival group. We can meet on Thursday Evenings and rotate refreshment assignments. What do yall think?
I'd try not to get bitten, but if I did, I wouldn't kill myself. I'd probably bite and infect my dog and the two of us would terrorize the normals.
I would catch a few of the hot girl zombies and make love to them,then tear there freaken heads off.

I've been getting this weird urge to horde survival gear (knives, flashlights, paracord, multi-tools, etc) and after researching gear on some of these survival forums....you are not alone.
There are a lot of people who freak out and come up with some hilarious survival scenarios.
I love Zombie movies too and always thought it'd be a cool Armageddon.
I wouldn't have to go to a gunshop... just grab my sks's and some ammo. Bolt-actions would be too slow for a zombie horde.
Nothing wrong with having some survival gear handy. It's been on my to-do list for quite a while, just haven't gotten around to plunking down the cash yet.

Get this book. It is well-written and the zombie story takes place in San Antonio. It's very detailed and just flat out amazing. I got a mini-erection reading when I saw the main character was dogding zombies in abandoned cars on the IH-10 and 410 interchange.
At the very least buy World War Z!

Id rather not contact anyone coz everybody knows people get crazy when they get to start to form a group..they get paranoid about everything.
I'll just stay in a big ass yacht and leave a zombie proof car on standby just for replenishing supplies and bullets when im target shooting zombies on the shore with a quality sniper rifle.
