Tim Duncan and Tony Parker combined for 39 points and Manu Ginobili led a charge early in the fourth quarter that helped the Spurs put away the Memphis Grizzlies in a victory.
Spurs forward/center Fabricio Oberto played in the fourth quarter. He missed the previous seven games with a foot injury.
FOURTH QUARTER
The Grizzlies made a 7-0 run and Tim Duncan and Tony Parker are back in the game with four minutes left. The Spurs lead 84-72.
The Spurs might be able to give Tim Duncan and Tony Parker the fourth quarter off. The Spurs lead 82-63 with six minutes left.
Manu Ginobili looks like he's trying to wrap this one up. He hit a jumper, made two free throws, turned a steal into a three-point play and made an assist in a three-minute stretch early in the fourth quarter. The Spurs lead 76-61 with just under nine minutes left.
THIRD QUARTER
The Grizzlies finished the third quarter with an 8-0 run. The Spurs still have a 67-56 lead heading for the final 12 minutes.
Tim Duncan is up to a double-double. He has 18 points and 10 rebounds. The Spurs lead 67-51.
Matt Bonner has nine points in the first seven minutes of the second half. The Spurs have their biggest lead of the game at 63-48.
Matt Bonner had two baskets early in the second half and Tim Duncan had a three-point play. The Spurs lead 54-44.
Three Spurs starters didn't get clicking on offense. Matt Bonner scored the Spurs' first basket but didn't score again in the half. Roger Mason Jr. had one point in the half and Michael Finley didn't score.
SECOND QUARTER
The Spurs didn't make a basket the last two minutes of the second quarter but held a 44-40 halftime lead. Tim Duncan had 13 points and Tony Parker had 12.
So far the Spurs have done a good job rebounding. Late in the first half they have a 16-11 advantage on the boards. Tim Duncan has six rebounds. None of the Grizzlies has more than two.
Tim Duncan's dunk put the Spurs up 38-31. Moments later he banged knees with one of the Grizzlies and was down on the floor for a minute.
George Hill is in the game at point guard. Manu Ginobili just made a pair of free throws to give him four points. The Spurs lead 32-27.
FIRST QUARTER
Tim Duncan had 10 points and Tony Parker had eight points to carry the Spurs to a 28-20 lead at the end of the first quarter. Anthony Tolliver and Bruce Bowen each hit a 3-pointer late in the quarter.
Tim Duncan completed a three-point play to give the Spurs their first lead and followed that with a fast-break basket that put the Spurs in front 16-12.
Memphis' Marc Gasol scored the first three points of the game. Tim Duncan has five points and it's tied 9-9 at the first timeout.
Credit to Bonner. He played really well.

The 2 rebounds for bonner was decieving due to defending the peri iter and alot if his rebounds got credited to others.
