Lakers need Lamar Odom....for Defense. Without Lamar, the Lakers again are soft on the inside.

Oh I believe I do my good sir.![]()
Ok Spurs fan..it's now safe for you guys to come out and talk ....ooops..already happened..
Really? That's pretty ing impressive considering Eastern Conference teams only play Western Conference teams twice in a season.![]()
You mean like the Lakers fans on the Spurs forum?
No I meant this thread was void of Spurs fans at the start of the game and would've stayed that way if the Lakers won.
I think this thread picked up a Spurs fan and grew at a fast pace with about 3 minutes to go with the Lakers down by 10.
And who the is bashing on The Lakers? Other then SD I think every Spurs fan that posted here wanted Lakers to win.
GOOD POINT! Just like in 2000 when the Champion Spurs beat the Lakers 3 times in the regular season then lost to the Lakers in the playoffs.
I never root for the Lakers. My emotions get the better of me.
Was rooting for the Hornets tonight, in spite of the impact on the division standings.
And it's not because I hate the Lakers or love the Hornets.
Simply put, any loss that puts the conference leaders closer to striking distance for the Spurs is good for me. Regardless of who the conference leaders are.![]()
Exactly. Which is why dumbass Lakers fans shouldn't convince themselves they own the Celtics because they beat them in a regular season game.
I'd probably worry more about winning the division before worrying about Conference.
I kinda feel the same way..because I know it's a serious long shot, but the Spurs could get the #1 seed. Not likely, but you never know. One injury can change everything.
We want both.
Maybe the Lakers will start to collapse like the Celtics. Maybe?
Actually a bunch of us were here when you guys were up in the 4th quarter... I really didn't care who won tonight... it was all positive for us...
Division standings are more easily controlled by the Spurs, given their record.
If we win the Conference, we automatically win the Division...
praying?
I could understand if The Spurs were around 3 games back but 5 games, well that looks out of reach. Even more so when you take how the Spurs have been playing into considaration lately.
to Satan
Just a couple of weeks ago, people were thinking the Celtics were out of reach, record-wise.
Just saying.
you mean the way they've won 8 of their last 9 games? yeah, that is bad.
