That's why eliminating them in the playoffs last year was priceless...
I don't know if theres a thread on this but i"ll make my own. I used to like chris paul but hes been acting like a punk for a while now. I know he has confidence & all but he talks way too much & thinks hes above everyone..You cant even breathe on him without getting a call & he jumps into ppl way too much which is an easy way to injure players. When hes pissed he tries to come out with a couple cheap shots which reminds me of a couple celtics players. Duncan should of threw his ass on the floor the last time they played in NO cuz he deserved it![]()
That's why eliminating them in the playoffs last year was priceless...
Yeah, by the end of a seven game series against the Hornets, I'm sure the opposing team just wants to strangle him. Damn good but also damn annoying ... which probably is part of the reason why he's so good.
He's a kid but sometimes I laught at it
Anyway, Lakers>>>>>>>>>>>>Hornets>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>spurs
Yeah, I feel the same way. I used to like him, but it was mostly out of respect for his game, from what I read or saw in highlights. But after actually watching him in full games, I realized that he is a total . And I can't believe I'm saying this, but he makes Kobe look classy. And I used to LOATHE Kobe. Paul is even worse than the y Kobe of a few years ago.
I'm a Wake Forest grad, so obviously I've been a fan of Chris Paul for some time -- until the last two years that is, when the massive sense of en lement came over him. It's like he became a different person.
I have no idea where he gets off with this at ude, but I agree with Pesky - he's bordering on Bryant arrogant, and that's saying a ton. It's also not a good thing.
That was an embarrassing moment for Paul in the Spurs game when Duncan told him to shut up - as if he were talking to his own child. Paul was fortunate to play at Wake, and it probably only happened because he played in Forsyth County. I'm actually shocked that he has done this well in the NBA.
However, dude needs to take a lesson from Tim Duncan - some humility on the court can go a long way in the hearts of fans.
something happen between duncan and Cp3?
I think most fans will end up hating this guy once he goes up against their team. I willing to bet money lakerfans will want to choke him if they play the Hornets in the playoffs. He is an asshole plus a coward. I have hated the guy since college add to the fact I went to NC.State and you can see why I think he's a pos. In a nuts I have hated him since the Julius Hodge nut punch incident. Not only did he give a cheapshot to Hodge but the audacity he had to lie that he never did it when it was on video tape along with falsely accusing our fans of chanting they killed his grandfather made me hate the guy for life.. That action alone showed me that the guy thinks he's above everybody else. He's a great young PG but at the sametime he's a POS coward at heart. He's one of those players I hope never gets the opportunity to win a ring but I hope he suffers the faith of someone like Karl Malone which is he is real close but no cigar at the end.
duncan told him to chill out when paul got entangled with another spur.
EDIT: what el nono posted. lolz.
More like 'Calm the down'...![]()
CP3 better watch out..Bonner will throw his ass down
Just now realizing this? He's been a punk since last season. He's a little hothead.
I hate how he acts.
But he is on my fantasy team, so I am okay with his performance on the court...

I think you may be right...but we need a verified lip-reader to weigh in. ESPN should hire an official lip-reader for stuff like this.
Don't know whats up with him. On the court this kid is a real jackass. But off-court he seems quite okay.
yea i remember there was this one flop on bowen where bowent was facing the other way and cp3 fell 10 steps back and got the call, he took his time getting up too. And when he doesn't get the call he es, his at ude has always been the only reason i never liked him.
Yeah. I totally agree with anyone that says it worsens over a series. You go in somewhat liking the guy to hating his guts in a couple of games. And that's even with the Mavs losing in 5. Little .
Eliminating them again this year will be even more priceless.
Sure a lot of ing going on these days... Kg is a , Amare is a , CP3 is a , Pierce is a , ...
What I find even more disturbing is this trend of Spurs and Lakers fans getting along. Should I join in and bring the KY?
Amare is definitely not a on CP3/KG level.
those 2 are on a diferent dimension when it comes to acting like a punkass on the court. good to know it's not only Spur fans who see this
Does anyone remember that 360 degree flop Chris Paul did in the playoffs last year after a Spur player walked by him? I'm pretty sure it was during a dead ball too. That pissed me off.
I still like Chris Paul. Yes, he's a on the court and even a bag at times, but a lot of that is born out of his compe ive nature and hatred to lose. I haven't really witnessed his baggery as a fan of a team playing him and the Hornets in a playoff series, so I guess I don't have that perspective, but I still really appreciate his game. I guess if it gets to be like KG, I would start liking him less the way I have with KG, who I used to be a big fan of but have really abhorred how much of a he's become.
