true. but that doesn't mean i wont make fun of you. btw, some posters have lives outside the internet, so i never like to jump on people...cause you just never know. but its nice and maybe just a coincidence that cap mike and red raider korea have disappeared. though, their teams did get stomped...and i had both games correct, lol. not surprisingly, the teams i were most familiar with turned out to be the match ups i picked with great success.

USC still lost to Oregonk State. Tech at least lost to two respectable teams........one of which has a good shot at being national champs.

If USC is so indisputably good, how did they lose to that school oregon state? Oh, they won their bowl game 3 to 0, so they're actually a really good team, right? (laughing out loud) It's the type of one blind sided argument a seventh grader could construct.

There is no way you can go much further than if UT played USC the way they played OSU, UT would lose. The rest of your speculation is grounded on your homerness.

I don't give a if UT plays a pancake schedule. Most of the criticisms I heard about my team prior to the Rose Bowl was that we did not play anybody. "Baylor?! Aggies? You guys are about to play a team that can actually play and beat good teams!" I heard something like this constantly. And look what happened. Ya'll got fist ed. Tonsils totally impaled.

Even if USC would kick the out of UT, we are still perfect in BCS bowl games, and are on one of the most impressive historical runs in NCAA history. And nothing ya'll can say will ever take that away.

Amen LaMarcus, and jgw owned once again with his homer usc takes. I also would love to play those over-rated usc punks this season so we could show them up once again in front of their home fans. Just remember, national champ. game is at the Rose Bowl next season-would be a great opportunity to show up yet another over-hyped usc team.

As for my boys at UT, a win is a win right? We pretty much sleep walked through the first half and then decided to start playing actual football in the
3rd quarter. Mack is now 3-0 in BCS games and you gotta love that kind of consistency.

As for next season, we are simply LOADED with talent coming back on this team. The one main area of rebuilding is the D line, but we have plenty of talented guys ready to step up and play. And to address running game concerns, get ready to watch C. Whaley. At about 6'3/230lbs, he should be a monster running the ball as the power back with Fozzy, Vondrell and J. Hills also adding to the mix at RB. Whaley also had two 400 plus yard rushing games this season, he looks like a MONSTER.

UT's weakness is its offensive line. The run blocking and schemes have sucked major ass this year, moreso than normal. First we had to live with butterfingers Charles fumbling our way to close games, now we just have total total crap with the run. I almost want Charles back.

It doesn't really matter whether Brutalis was right or not (he was) because Arkansas was 5-7 this year, with bad losses and few quality wins. If you can't see that they were a bad team for yourself, well, take off the blinders.

what does arkansas's record have to do with 2006? Nutt left arkansas to go to mississippi and had great success in his first year (this year).

you don't make any sense and helped my argument (on the Nutt side). the 10 win arkansas team in 2006 was good, there isn't any way around it. the fact that they had some close losses at the end of the year is irrelevant.

Stoops does suck coaching the BCS games. They average like 60 points a game, have the best QB in the game and you run the freaken ball. You call 4 running plays inside the 10 and give the ball to Florida. You throw the ball before the half with 10 seconds left NOT in the in zone. You call a timeout in fear of a block punt only to have the other team call a timeout to block the punt and 5 guys have a shot at it. The running into the kicker was a accident. Man no matter how this game ends that guy obviously coaches different in the BCS games.
