I don't think any kind of civil war will break out in america because the troops are not controled by any state, they're excutively under the control of federal government and pentagon. These states are not armed so that they can't launch a war, even though they have this intention.

and why the are these states still gonna be controled by other nations? Can't they establish their own independent countries? It makes no difference to escape from yet straightly head to another . The only motive we quit the US is just that we wanna be independent, if we can't earn a independent role in the world then I would rather to remain in US.
