back of what? field? store?
"His back was to me."
That cop said he was going for his taser right? And accidently pulled out the gun?
I don't think he has answered why he did it. I think they are speculating on how this could have happened.
happens when you participate in fights in public and resist officers. the cop ed up.
money grab for the family, so all's well that ends well.
who says crime doesn't pay?
What in the was that cop thinking...
How can you not tell the difference between a taser and a gun?
He wasn't resisting...in fact from other videos I have seen the guy was trying to calm everyone else down. He puts his hands up before they put him on the ground.
That guy just flat out shot him in the back.
From the other videos I have seen...he wasn't even doing anything to deserve being tasered.
Unless you are his 4 year old daughter.money grab for the family, so all's well that ends well.
Unbeavable.
true. so is it just wrong place wrong time for this guy or was he somewhere he shouldn't have been doing something he shouldn't have been doing...when his ass should have been home with his daughter or working to support her?
cuz if it's the latter. she's better off with the 25 mil.
Wanna get away?
2 AM on New Year's Eve....not unusual to be out at that time.
In any case, it's clear that he was shot without warrant. I mean, he was essentially executed in public.
cop should be charged with murder.
cops need to be taught a lesson, they are overstepping their boundaries too much within the past 10 years. it's getting worse.
Oh My God!!!
That guy died? If thats the case they should charge the guy with murder. For this cop not to make a statement makes me sick. He is a police officer, they all the time about suspects not talking, needing a lawyer and this prick pulls a houdini.
No they aren't.
This cop ed up.
This guy better get life, cause if he isn't, there will be some serious riots in Oaktown
Man what a moron. He probably hasn't stepped foot out of IA since that happened.
I saw this a couple of days ago and I was like WTF? I am in shock. I don't know what the he was thinking. Actually, I think there have been riots already.
Has that officer even given his side of the story? He disappeared for a few days if I read correctly and resigned two days ago without giving his side of the story. As someone who does that for a living- it's very disappointing and the officer should be held liable.
Damn him.![]()
Murder One.
Anything less and the citizens of said town should storm the police station.
What if (I doubt it) he thought he was shooting him with his taser?
