Allright, long story short.

I have a cable subscription with Videotron, which offers digital TV; I can see 5-6 NBA games a week, but I could watch much much more games if htey offered Raptors NBATV and TSN2 (=ESPN2 Canada)

Other Canadian providers offer those 2 channels, but they use dish satellite technology, and I'm not allowed to put a dish in my balcony(I could put a plexiglass, but it's cold here and noisy as I live downtown)

So, even if you don't give a , since most of you live in the U.S, please help out a fellow NBA fan by signing my pe ion.
