Yeah, there was a big flap doodle about the hosts doing a racist bit about Iverson during the playoffs in 2007, I believe.
I'm guessing its discontinued since no one's talked about it for a long time...

It was the Spurs being PC. The bit wasn't that bad, but the Spurs were afraid Iverson's feelings might get hurt so they made Clear Channel clean house. Sports Talk SA has not been anywhere near as good since.
The only person that got fired over the incident was Eric Gray - not Vexler or Wally. Sure, they got replaced later but that wasn't because of the Iverson thing.
However, it does suck that we lost the Pop Show over it.
Yeah and it seems Gray has a better job now
