Eagles 28
Cards 17
Eagles win this one by 1-2 touchdowns. As great as Zona has looked, the Eagles look better especially on the defensive end. Warner will get pressured and sacked a few times. Eagles D is downright sick. Mcnabb will play smarter against the Cards D than Ryan/Delhome did.
I am staying away from this game in Vegas. Cardinals will probably be home underdogs, but they are a much different team at home...
Cardinals are going to the Super Bowl...
Uh huh. And the Giants were supposed to pound the Eagles too, right?
Why don't you let me know now who you think is going to win the second half of the Steelers/Chargers game so I can bet on the opposite team.![]()
Cards were supposed to lose by a TD to 11-5 Atlanta ... and won by six.
Cards were supposed to lose by 10 at 12-4 Carolina ... and destroyed the Panthers despite not having their best WR.
No doubt the Iggles will be favored but AZ *can* win this game at home.
Could you imagine if The Chargers played the Cardinals in the Super Bowl or Even a Eagles vs Chargers. Its truly is a free for all once the playoffs start. Jerry Jones must be puking somewhere.
Fitzgerald played.
Boldin, when healthy, is the Cards' best. Fitz can make the circus catch but Q is a master at gaining major yardage after hauling it in.
I never would've thought I'd see the Cards host the NFC le game.
Cards are probably winning the Super Bowl. They are this year's 2005 Steelers, 2006 Colts and 2007 Giants, all the teams that everyone wrote off before the playoffs and quieted doubters each week until they won the ing Super Bowl.
I post this and then Phil Simms loser ass says it on TV not one second later. Lol, karma you are one funny bas .
Sucks our teams arent in it. I just want 1 more Pats/Colts matchup if anything. It'd be so much fun. Manning vs Brady.
The Big Tin Shed is a huge home advantage for the Cardz. Not having to travel and still being an underdog AT home? It plays right into the hands of the Cardz.
That's why they play the games.
They remind me more of the Bucs from... '02? KInd of stumbled into the PO's and then started playing their best ball.
Let's make this clear: FITZ IS THE CARDINAL'S BEST RECEIVER AND 2ND ONLY TO ANDRE JOHNSON AMONG ALL 32 TEAMS.
Hopefully Matt Millen keeps giving them good luck by picking the other team.
Golly, I guess I've been watching them the last several years for nothing. Thanks for setting me straight. Your brilliant use of ALL CAPS is what convinced me.
I highly doubt you've been watching them as closely as I have, I haven't missed a game the past 3 seasons. Also notice how you're the only person who thinks Boldin is better.
Fitz just made the all pro team FYI. Aside from yards after catch Fitz is better at everything else.
Cardinals fans are funny.
After all the tough road environments the Eagles have gone through over the years in the playoffs, Cards fans have still managed to convince themselves that playing in Arizona is somehow going to offer something they haven't seen or heard before.
This is an Eagles team loaded with guys who have been there, done that. They don't get rattled because of big fancy domes or loud fans of opposing teams. Just ask the Vikings and Giants.
Fan support is always going to affect the opposing team's mentality. Plus, the weather is perfect in Arizona for the passing game, no wind, cold or rain.
I just hope Boldin will be able to play, they got their hands full with the eagles.
Westbrook has looked like crap lately, but then again he pulled a Bundy, scoring 4 touchdowns in his last game versus Arizona.
I'm sure Westbrook with greet the warm weather with open arms. From what I understand, the cold weather in NY was wreaking havoc on his knees before the game even started.
Cards D has been playing very well. That will have to keep up for them to have a great shot at Tampa. The Eagles are going to pressure the out of Warner. That D is for real. The Cards D has to be able to return the favor and keep playing at this level. If they dont and if it is up to the Zona O to do it all against that Eagles D...season over for the Cardinals. Im curious to see how the Cards D plays. Gonna be interesting.
