It's impossible to defend the Jason Kidd trade at this point.
This is not J Kidd's fault, its the Mavs front offices' fault for surrouding Dirk JET and Kidd with in' garbage. Carlisle is full of when he says this team has 14 guys that can play. Bull , this team has about 6 guys that could probably play in the D-league in Diop, Williams, George, Wright, Singleton and Green. However, I doubt those guys would even start in the d-league
Too bad the Mavs didnt sign Anderson for 1yr at the league minimum...instead they drop the full MLE on Diop. Jesus Christ that pisses me off.
Mavs could have landed a guy like Posey, Mo Evans or Pietrus + Anderson, Ratliff, etc..instead the Mavs FO thought Diop was the key

Mavs missing way too many open looks. I wonder what Kidd's FG% is past 5 games... I know he's 2/15 counting this game and last.
It's not all Kidd's fault, but it's still impossible to defend the trade. WE're not good at getting to the line and our offense has regressed, it just so happens Kidd HARDLY gtes to the line and only scores 8.5 points per game.
