josh howard used to be talented potential guy who was underrated on 03's draft, but his addiction for drugs has destroyed himself. I bet the mavs are seeking for a trade that can take josh outta dallas, without caring about what they can get in exchange for him.

Dirk is a great talent but not the kind of player who can make his teammates better.

I feel for Dirk and as i said earlier he needs to demand a trade right now. Cuban really ed up Dirk's team last year. If he has any respect towards Dirk, he should trade him to a contender like the Spurs.
If that's your opinion, you don't watch the Mavs very often. When teams scheme to throw 3 guys at you, it creates looks for teammates.
Dirk passing to Wright with AC on him in the closing minutes is typical. Back his ass down adn shoot the damn shot, a fadeaway or something. anything is better than passing to Wright for a key shot with the score tied 95-95....

I feel extremely sorry for Dirk.
In Q3, he get some like 9 pts in a row. Mavs back in 1 pt. Then, Terry, Singlton and Bass just gifted at least 5 pts away.
While Denver tries to use 2 or 3 palyers defending Dirk, Berea and Kidd combined have 2-16 for open shots, including lots of missed open layups. The two also have 8 turnovers!
Dirk have some 11 or 13 Q4 pts. Mavs up by 4 within 1:50, Terry and Wright missed two jump shots in a row.
Dirk play 42 mins, get 12 FT and made all of them, the rest totally get 12 and only made 8
He made 15 of 26 FG attempted, the rest only made 20 of 59!
As a Mavs fan, I hate to say. But Cubun should allow Dirk to go other teams!!
It pisses me off though that when the Mavericks play the Spurs they play nearly FLAWLESS. They dont seem to miss any shots. but when they play other teams they look to play a little less better.
