Even if it was not a travel, it was not a foul either.

Spurs played very well xcept for a mental lagoon in the 4th.
it was a foul but never gets called. everyone knows that so nothing to get upset about. its a foul but a no call in the last 5 sec.

He's not aggressive on defense anymore and thats really been hurting the spurs but they do need another big to help him but until they get one duncan has got to start playing more aggressive on defense.
But the two go together - he can't be agressive unless he has another guy down there he can count on, which he doesn't. When the team gets another big with a clue it'll open up Tim to play more aggressive defence.

Spurs fortunate to get the win despite the fourth quarter choke. Will need better effort to win as they head out on the road.

    Good game.

The Lakers are still well ahead of the Spurs at this point, without another defensive big man or a key Laker injury I don't think we're getting past them.

Kobe is indeed the MVP in the last 4 minutes of a half; was unguardable by any 1 defender
Spurs would be up there with the other elite teams(Cavs, Celtic, Lakers, Magic) if we had another big to put next to Duncan. Makes me hate Splitter even more for not coming over.

Man, that was an exciting game. If we get to see a 7 game series between these two teams at full health, it is going to take years off of my life. I can't wait.

Duncan went from brutal to superman. Manu is shaking off the cobwebs. Tony's confidence is a little shaken.
Nah, Manu should be traded . . . aren't you the big advocate for a Manu trade?

Congrats on the win. Was a great game, we'll be sure to return the favor when you guys come to LAL.

I was happy to see the Lakers compete tonight so short handed and on the 2nd night of a tough b2b. Almost pulled it out if it wasn't for Derek Fisher's idiotic foul, I love the guy but he seriously needs to realize that when you're up by two you absolutely do not foul the shooter. Let them make the ing shot because worst case is you go into a overtime.

It was not a travel and it was a foul, even JVG & Mark Jackson said so.

But I ain't complaining, it's the NBA game, fouls go both ways, I just don't like when people complain about 1 sided reffing. Some calls are good, some are bad, just live with it.

    Spurs won a great game.
I disagree, it looks like a travel to me in slow motion, dont lissen to anything Jackson or Van Dummy says....This is the same dumb ass who squared off with Mourning in a fist fight!

Could be a makeup call for the no call on Gasol with 29 left to go

btw that was a foul on manu and ariza took 2 steps but spurs deserved this.
btw.......Duncan was fouled on his last two makes by Gasol. Kobe took 3 steps on a first half and 1 basket.

The Lakers should have called a TO the minute things closed up for Kobe.

I agree, you guys played well, we really need an extra big to beat you guys in a series. We should have won by more than 10. I dont think you guys missing the guys you are is a big deal, but having played Houston last night Im surprised you shot as well as you did.

Fin was once a Spur killer. He's a bit more streaky than he used to be, but from time to time the assassin still comes out.

Mace will hit the wall at some point...Pop knows what he's doing. Fin hasn't been inducted into the piece of crap club just yet...
