I personally think we don't need him on our team, He barley gets to play but when he does gets some minutes he's either jacking up dud 3,s or missing shots. Last season he was alright i guess but he was very inconsistent. I think over the All Star Break the spurs should try to trade him, idk for who but we should. It.s a proven fact that we can win games without him so he really isn,t that important to our team. I love Udoka good guy! but he needs to get traded..

You should make a "Trade Jacque Vaughn topic" before making an Udoka one.

The whole Spurs cast is weak. Trade 'em all.

I'd like to see Vaughn go but at least he's glued to the bench right now. Udoka on the other hand isn't taking advantage of the minutes he's been given. He's making Finley look like all-nba during his 3 game mini slump.

Pop lets Finley get through shooting slumps by playing him regular minutes, but he wont let Udoka with his inconsistent minutes.

Now that Bonner is getting off the bench and being productive, getting rid of Ime would pose a serious problem - we would have to sign someone, and put them directly into Pop's doghouse. Seems like a waste to give up one perfectly good doghouse occupant, just to sign another. And what if the new guy refused to stay in the damned doghouse? Huh... what then? Pop would be forced to move Bonner back to the doghouse. Or send Hill there. (Finley is exempt.)

I wonder if any player has ever been hired specifically to occupy the coaches doghouse? Best to just leave Ime where he is.

everybody hates Vaughn but people must have forgotton how good he played when TP was out and Hill was playing like a rookie.
However, I'm not saying I like him.

    oh and Udoka is useless

At least Vaughn knows how to run plays for the team and knows everybody's comfort spots.

Udoka just sucks. I wish the Spurs could just cut him altogether.

I like Udoka as a person/player. He's sucking it up on the court right now, but he was great for us last year. I really don't want us to turn loose of this guy because I think he's a pretty good guy to have on the team. I hope he can turn it around....

udoka + vaughn make like under 2 million i think. they are scrubs but its not like they are overpaid.

and with vaughn, i dissagree on trading him unless its for a perfect deal. hes backed up great PGs, john stockton, jkidd and now TP. hes got brains and gms around the league voted him likely to become a coach in the future. and ghill has said he respects vaughn the most. unless the perfect deal comes along i wouldnt trade vaughn. hes valuable off the court.

neither guy is going to get minutes in the playoffs this year, especially not Vaughn..so they're irrelevant, and nobody will take them in a trade..no point of complaining about them..

I doubt Udoka is even worth a 2nd round pick. He sucks, I agree but he is worth very little outside of a throw in for salary cap purposes in another trade.

Same goes for Vaughn but he has some value to us as a 3rd string backup point.

This board needs to face the fact that Oberto, Udoka and Vaughn have no value whatsoever.

He's unathletic and he can't finish at the rim. He's just not gonna get the PT to be consistent or valuable to the team. If he is part of trade to get a big I wouldn't cry. Good guy, nice player, but just not valuable to the team. same for Vaughn. Oberto still has value to the team IMO, but the guy cannot jump over a quarter. I think he's close to being done and hopefully could have a role on a team like Sacramento as part of a Brad Miller deal...dude had 20-something rebounds the other night!

no not everyone hates Vaughn....i for one can appreciate what he DOES bring instead of dwelling on what he doesnt...and how does a guy (Udoka) go from being near worshipped last year to being useless this year? doesnt make sense
